Lv one dungeon idea?

No i'm not asking for help.
I was just wondering would not venomoth be a great one to take as they now silver wind which hits every thing in the room and has a chance of raising your stats for everything you hit

First off, does the venomoth know silver wind from lv 1 of?
i tried a lv 1 dungeon yesterday (joyous tower, or something), and when i got inside, all pokemons were setted down to lv 1, as it says in the description.

now listen:

my sceptile had:
giga drain
slam
brick break
solar beam (lol, using it against bosses ).

when i came in there, it had:
absorb
pound
leer
<some thing low lv i cant remember lol).


so, its moves gets put down to the 4 earliest it's learning.

Rayquaza is a good pokemon because dragon claw and ancient power are on of it's four first moves.

I know every one recomend scharizard beacuse of heat wave but i was wondering about this as your stats can be reaised incredibly if you hit a large amout of pokemon
