Based on feats, who wins this?

This isn’t even fair. M10 Darkrai could sort of hold back Movie Dialga and Palkia who should both be about continent to multi-continent lvl (presuming full power M12 Arceus is about planet lvl). No way in the distortion world is any trainer Pokémon including Champion Mega Aces beating M10 Darkrai 1 vs 1.

M10 Darkrai was somewhat competitive against Dialga and Palkia plus was able to restrain both simultaneously for a good chunk of time and it took both of their attacks to put it down. Its on a completely different level.

Eh, no it certainly wasn't on Dialga or Palkia's level, but the fact that it could hold of Dialga and Palkia's attacks(which are continent level) is really impressive by itself, so yeah M10 Darkrai certainly wins in a 1 vs 1 decisively.

Though I'm inclined to believe that if Mega Charizard X and Ash-Greninja battles together against M10 Darkrai they'd very likely be able to defeat it.

But if this the Darkrai owned by Lord Trollbias, then Mega Charizard X wins decisively hands down.
