    However, remember to keep your passwords secure. If you use similar logins on multiple sites, people and even bots may be able to access your account.

what dose it mean lower speed, dose that mean it lower speed every time the pokemon level's up, or lower speed untell you take it off?

I don't think it lowers speed when you go up levels or else EV training Speed would be hard and pointless with a Macho brace. i means the speed is lowered during the battle. E.g a Zubat v.s a slowpoke. Slowpoke might go first if Zubat isn't EV trained in speed and is holding the Macho Brace.

when you take the macho brace away the speed will return to normal
