Dragalge
"Orange" Magical Girl
Name: Scarlet Netherblade
Age: 14
Gender: Female
Special Talents and Abilities:
+ Speed: Being born in the Netherblade Dimension, Scarlett like her fellow citizens are born with naturally high movement. Her speed comes at a price however as her sturdiness is not the greatest. Even one moderate hit can make her lose her balance a bit easily so she must try hitting her opponent as much as possible.
+ Scimitar Strike: The Deathly Scimitars strikes in swift motion towards the opponent but this speed is at a cost of power. Due to not being in the Netherblade Dimension, the power of her scimitars is drastically weaker compared to how powerful they are where Scarlett comes from. This means she will have trouble piercing through armor and those with moderately strong skin. Still, like any other blade, they can leave a cut but it is not as powerful as it is in the Netherblade Dimension.
+ Deathly Cross: The Deathly Scimitars are also magic based weapons as well. To build up the Deathly Cross, Scarlett needs to take considerable damage to activate the powerful magical powers of the Deathly Scimitars. This is because the Scimitars are connected to Scarlett now and the pain that she suffers strengthens the Deathly Cross attack build up more. When activated a magical sharp cross is swiftly thrown at the opponent. This power can only be used once per battle but if it hits the opponent, powerful damage strikes towards the opponent(s), surely to leave a mark.
+ Scimitar Beam: Scarlett strikes the ground with her Deathly Scimitars and small beams shaped like scimitars come out of the blades and follow the opponent unless he or she dodges the attack. Much like the Schimitar Strike, it lacks in power but it allows her to strike from a distance if needed. The use of the magic can also slow down the process of the Deathly Cross build up as well, seeing as that magic is being used for the Scimitar Beam instead.
+ The Nether Scimitar: Scarlett can combine both of her Scimitars into one huge Nether Scimitar. The weight of the Nether Scimitar slows her speed immensely and she can’t use her Deathly Cross as well. The benefit of the Nether Scimitar is that it hits harder than a normal Deathly Scimitar strike. Scarlett as tried to overcome the weight issues of the Nether Scimitar like her fellow citizens in her home dimension but has failed considerably so she doesn’t put the Nether Scimitar into practice much.
Appearance: Scarlett is a 14-year-old girl from the Netherblade Dimension who clocks at six feet tall with a mostly healthy physical build. Her skin color is a light brown color and her hair is a shining yellow color as well. On her forehead is a dark orange mark representing that she is a citizen of the Netherblade Dimension. Her eyes are at a light pink color which remains at put most of the time but they may glow red if someone angers her or whenever she is fighting against an opponent.
Scarlett sports a red vest designed from the scales of Necro Manifests, beasts in the Netherblade who’s colors range from all shades of red. On her red vest Scarlett also wears a bone necklace made from the bones of souls of deceased humans. Scarlett wears arm pads made from strong material found in the Netherblade Dimension and are colored red much like blood. She wears ripped black pants in which the cuts were formed by immense training with others in her dimension along with blue-colored footwear that is light enough to help her move fast. Scarlett wields two blades called Deathly Scimitars with a golden handle and a sharp, silver blade coming out of the handle with magical properties built in as well.
Personality: At first sight, Scarlett looks like a cold and emotionless girl that does not want to be around with others. While it is true that she is dangerous when angered (one can tell when her eyes glow red), Scarlett is usually a calm and collected person who remains focused on her ambitions of succeeding the task she has her eyes on. Scarlett will not bite if one does not try to do something that will trigger her such as her origins being mocked. When it comes being friends with others, Scarlett is not fussy on who she befriends as she likes learning about their origins and powers.
With that said, Scarlett is not always a calm nor a scary foe in battles as Scarlett gets excited whenever the talk of food is mentioned. Scarlett is a guzzler as she will make sure that she has the most food as possible on her plate. Scarlett will even threaten to cut someone unless they give her the demanded amount of food she desires. Her eating habits began when she was ordered to kill a restaurant owner but then got distracted by the amazing smell of food around her and proceeded to kill them instead for their meals. Normally accepted behavior in the Netherblade Dimension. they’re bad table manners outside of Scarlett’s home dimension and almost costed her to be left behind by her parents. Scarlett constantly tries to change her habits because of that moment but fails due to every meal she has eaten being deemed “deathly amazing”. There have even been reports of other luxurious restaurants being cut down due to Scarlett’s nature of wanting to eat anything she thinks is delicious.
History: Unlike how humans are born in Earth, Scarlett hails from a different dimension unknown to everyone known as the Netherblade Dimension. Scarlett was born under two parents, both age 50, in a rocky red area without any roofs or walls much like the rest of the dimension. Both of Scarlett’s parents are wielders of a Deathly Scimitar, a sacred weapon found in the Bloodbath Mountains far from her home. They both are also the rulers of the dimension in which they exterminate humans (vermin in their world) in Earth with no thought of reconsideration by going through a wormhole to traverse to Earth and vice-versa. Scarlett would be left at home until her parents came back in which they served her the only meal she would get during the day with little to do but walk around the lands of the dimension. Scarlett would often visit folks and make friends with other citizens until it was time for her to return. During these travels, she would learn about the Necro Manifests, beasts in Netherblade who roam the lands, and would be given food by others as well (mainly stalagmites and Necro Manifest meat). All of this would change when Scarlett became ten years old.
When Scarlett reached the age of 10, her parents started to invite her to their vermin hunt so that she would know her responsibility in the future. They also told Scarlett that she was the next in line to wield, not one, but both Deathly Scimitars. At first, Scarlett was overwhelmed by how huge a task would be to not only rule her home dimension but to also eliminate humans too. In response to this, both of Scarlett’s parents began to train her in the art of swordsmanship. Before she could wield the Deathly Scimitars, Scarlett started out with a simple Nether Sword to practice with. Her training sessions were harsh Scarlett suffered many cuts from her sparring sessions. After three years of brutal training, Scarlett finally could spar with her parents easily as her movement began to become very fast and her strikes towards her parents in the training sessions were becoming quicker each time. Scarlett’s parents became happy that their daughter was capable enough of being a ruler of their dimension someday. With that said, both felt like their daughter still had a lot to learn.
When Scarlett became fourteen years old, her parents decided to allow their daughter to kill her first human. They decided that their first target was a restaurant owner in Baltimore. Due to that her daughter could not traverse between her dimension and Earth yet, Scarlett had to still be accompanied by her parents during their travels. Scarlett walked in the restaurant without notice and proceeded to find the owner. That all changed when she sniffed something that smelled delicious to her. Since she was usually eating a low amount of food in her life in the dimension, the smell of the new food captivated her. Rather than attacking the owner, she cut down all the customers and tried to eat as much as possible before her parents came to take her back. Earth’s food was vastly different from what she usually ate. There were many food items she never experienced until now.
Upon Scarlett and her parent’s return to the Netherblade Dimension, Scarlett’s parents were extremely disappointed in how Scarlett did not follow through her parent’s orders, since she was deemed weak in some areas despite her training. Shortly after the talk between Scarlett and her parents, the Deathly Scimitars started to shine after Scarlett’s talk by her parents. It seemed that the moment of passing the sacred scimitars to Scarlett was ready. While her parents still saw her weaknesses in Scarlett, they had no choice but to give her the scimitars. Upon grasping the Deathly Scimitars, both blades suddenly pulled together and formed one larger scimitar. Scarlett had difficulty holding it at first but then saw that she could separate the blades together. She dubbed the newly created scimitar the “Nether Scimitar” and vowed to hopefully one day overcome her weight.
After much debate, Scarlett’s parents came to her and suggested that they would go to a mysterious school named Madame Belladonna’s School for Maliciously Gifted Children. One year prior to the current events, they stumbled upon this strange place and learned that it might be another place for Scarlett to practice on being a tyrannical ruler in her dimension one day. Scarlett happily agreed to their suggestion due to hoping to master her blade techniques and potentially stumbling upon some hearty meals. Scarlett’s parents warned her to not let her flaws get in her way and that once she stepped into Earth and they left, there was no going back. Upon arriving in front of the school and after enrollment, Scarlett gave her parents one last farewell in hopes of returning to them soon. Scarlett decided that she would sleep in a dorm which her parents allowed her to do so.
