Plot:

An unknown scientist by the name of Jacob Uler has been working on experiments to make Pokémon more powerful for years. His experiments were never drastic. They were always small experiments that didn’t injure the Pokémon in any way. He would feed a Flareon chili powder to see if its fire powers would increase, try to make a Scyther’s blades sharper by polishing them at random, and try to increase Onyx’s size by feeding it pebbles mixed in with Poke food. His experiments were frowned upon because he never succeeded. All of his experiments sounded like something some small child would try. None of them worked so he always had to try something else and that something else would always fail too. After a while, Uler grew tired of his failure, and of the lack of fame that came with it. All scientists wish to be recognized, but he was too much of failure to even be looked at. When the other looked at him, it was to laugh.

Uler finally got sick of the laughing - sick of the failure. He decided that he would do something that no one had dared to do: he would create the most powerful Pokémon yet. He decided that a Pokémon that had gone absolutely crazy would be strong; if it lost its mind it wouldn’t care if it wasn’t being obedient, and it wouldn’t care if it was learning an attack that wasn’t its type. It wouldn’t care about anything. A Pokémon that is so mad that it destroys anything it’s told to; one that is so insane it doesn’t need to be told to finish its opponent off, one that he could use to capture even the Legendaries. What if he could make this? What if he could make this masterpiece? Uler would finally be famous. He would finally be able to be worthy of praise. Yes, they would love him.

He set to work experimenting on Pokémon’s minds, unfortunately, his first group of test subjects didn’t make it through the experiment. They died on the table. Uler was greatly disappointed by the failure of his first test, so he made up his mind to do something that no scientist had done before. He would test the experiment on himself. He built a machine that tweaked the nerves of the brain in order to cause loss of nearly all of one’s sense, and used the machine on himself. Uler didn’t die, but he did go crazy. He went crazy for fame and the fame that would come with the capture of the legendaries. He wanted to catch those Legendaries, so he could use his experiment on them. How powerful they would be. Then he could kill those that laughed at him. Yes, he would have his revenge.

He continued to experiment on Pokémon and then locked them away in cages. The experiment didn’t only make them crazy; it also made them look it. They would grow skinnier, their eyes would grow glazed over, and they would grow extra appendages, spikes, random features. Their colors would get darker, their fur coarse. They ended up looking like demented monsters. Not Pokémon. If you looked at them, they looked as they would kill you. Their looks weren’t the only thing that was changed. They also gained new powers, things that were unleashed by their pure insanity. These new found powers were used to get what they wanted, even if they couldn’t remember what they did want. Some of the experiments also caused the Pokémon to speak human languages, though not always English.

The experiments came in three forms. Some of them were sensible even in insanity. They could come up with plans for escape, think of logical next steps, and carry them out without failure. These were uncommon, but they were a result that was considered a failure that needed to be terminated. They were a result of the wrong part of the brain being tweaked. Their appearance was far more changed than their sanity. Others were so insane that they killed whatever they wanted for whatever reason happened to pop into mind at the time. They were the kind that laughed as they killed the Pokémon in the cage with them that had earlier been they’re only friend. They too, escaped. For Uler could not control them. These were the hardest to care for and the hardest to control. They are considered the biggest success however. They are the ones Uler’s machine worked on the most. The very last kind seemed to be unable to remember anything about themselves. They got crazy when certain words are said - things are seen, or memories triggered. They are normally shy or cowardly, preferring to hide from their enemies. This kind is hard to find, as they are hidden often. They are the most loyal of all the experiments that are somewhat a success. They’re memories were somehow hit by the machine, causing the loss of precious moments.

Overjoyed with the success of his experiment, Uler named his creation “The Maddened”. He showed the Maddened to a group of scientists who were appalled at his creation, fore he had taken Pokémon and made monsters. They bashed him, calling him a mad man and a psycho. Uler didn’t take well to this. In fact, he decided that he needed a few partners to help him make his Maddened appear all over the world. He had his loyal Maddeneds tie up the five scientists and used his machine on them. They too became insane, losing every ounce of sense they had made them love his experiment. They all wanted in on it, just as he had planned. He gave them each two or three Maddeneds and made them each a machine. He told them to spread out to different parts of the world and set up labs there.

Soon, there were areas of the world where the plants had died. The trees were broken and bent over making the areas themselves looked insane. The Maddeneds thrived in these areas: the giant circles of craziness. Normal Pokémon had fled or been killed by the Maddeneds. At the very center of these areas, laid labs- The Mad Labs- there are six of them. Five belong to the five mad scientists. Timothy Nau controls the first lab; he experiments on mostly Grass type Pokémon. Fredrick Thermon controls the second lab and specializes in Fire type Maddeneds. May McMayon controls the third lab and is most commonly seen making Water type Maddeneds. Jung Barnes is in charge of lab number four; he is in charge of creating mostly Ground type Maddeneds. Arlene Walker watches over lab five, she makes Electric type Maddeneds. The sixth, and original, lab is in the possession of Jacob Uler himself. He creates mostly Physic type Maddeneds. They all specialize in one type, but they make them all.

Your story is something different; you are a trainer. Your original plan was to beat all of the gyms and the elite four, but then you heard about the Maddeneds. Your curiosity led you to wonder why Uler was creating them; you began to wonder if he would ever stop. It was then you decided that someone had to stop Uler and the mad scientists. No one else would do it, so you took it upon yourself. You would stop Uler, someone had to. So you decided to use his power against him; you would use the Maddeneds to defeat Uler. So you set out to catch a Maddened, and when you did, you could use it to defeat Uler.

The Maddened circles are all located in Kanto Region:
Mt Moon- Jacob Uler’s circle
Route 4-Fredrick Thermon’s circle
Route 3- Timothy Nau’s circle
Pewter City- Jung Barnes’s circle
Cerulean City- Arlene Walker’s circle
Route 24 and 25- May McMayon’s circle

Name: Fissure
Age: 10
Gender: Male
Species: Golem

Description:
Fissure is a very dark brown compared to most Golems. He has a extremely sharp teeth with lower canines that are so large they are visible even when his mouth is closed. His eyes seem to always being looking at you, no matter where you are standing. He has a third eye located on his forehead. His shell looks very crack, but don’t be fooled, it is extremely hard to break. There are several serrated spikes jutting from random areas on his shell. He holds his hands high so that you can see the stubby little claws. His legs are very large and sturdy, to help hold him up. He is a good three inches taller than most Golems, but his height is made up for by his lack of weight. He is far lighter than he should be. It is suggested this may have something to do with have been locked away in a cage for a long period of time. His shell is broken in the back so that a tail can be seen. Most Golems do not have tails, but Fissure has one that is quite long. It has a few spikes on the end good for whacking people.

Personality:
Fissure is incredibly indecisive about everything he does. First he would rather sit back and watch you get murder, next he wants to jump in and help save you. He gets very easily confused and just plain would rather not have to deal with anything. He likes to hide from trouble, because he believes trouble is always after him. You are more likely to see him hiding behind a large bolder or another Pokémon than out in the open. When the word “Candy” is mentioned, he suddenly grows incredibly violent. In this state, he is willing to kill anything that gets in his way. The word “Taffy” has the same affect on him.

History: Fissure used to work in a Taffy factory with his trainer, lifting boxes and other heavy objects. His owner released him after he got a bit too old for the rules of the factory. When he was released, he didn’t really know what to do. He missed his master, so he went to try to find her again, but in the process, he was captured by Uler. He was then put in the machine. He lost all of his memory of his master and the Taffy factory. He broke out of the lab one day in a rampage when one of the other Pokémon was fed a piece of taffy. When he snapped out of the rampage, he was outside of the lab. Freedom was sweet, even though he didn’t really care where he was.

Other: Fissure doesn’t eat sweets.
Special Traits: Fissure had a tail for one thing. He is also a lot bigger than most Golems and is a much darker color. He has spikes and a third eye as well. He speaks German as well, but cannot speak Pokémon.
Type: Fearful Maddened
Mental state: 5

This is my character:

Name: Kari
Age: 20
Gender: Female

Description:
Kari stands at 5’9’’ with a very small waist. She is well toned from training with Boom, her Tyranitar. Her arms are muscular, but not bulging. Her legs are only as muscular as she can get from riding a bike everywhere. She isn’t exactly chesty to say the least, she’s actually very flat. Her toes are strangely long, and her fingers are a normal length compared to her hands. Her arms and legs are probably a little longer than they should be, but they fit reasonably well with her frame. She has very generic facial features. No dimples when she smiles and a slightly pointy nose. She has rather tan skin that makes her look almost Mexican. She has a small tattoo that resembles a dragon on her left outer thigh. Her nails are normally painted dark green and cut so short that it looks somewhat strange. Her hair is short and choppy, as if she cut it herself. It has a slight cowlick on one side that just won’t seem to obey her no matter how much she brushes it. It has a milk chocolate color that blends very well with her skin. Her eyes are a greenish hazels that reflect the colors around them, as hazel eyes often do.

She wears one of three outfits, depending on whether she is going to sleep, going to town, or just traveling. Her traveling outfit is the most common one. She has a pair of black sunglasses sitting on top of her head that commonly slip over her eyes. She wears a simple T-shirt that has two green stripes on the arms and on her stomach. The neck part of the shirt is also green. She wears a pair of baggy camouflage pants that have deep pockets and look more like they belong to her brother than her. In order to hold up these large pants, she wears a belt. This belt is white and normally keep just a little loose, because she doesn’t want to “suffocate herself.” She wears a plain pair of white tennis shoes over a pair of green fuzzy socks as well. These shoes very clunky looking, though they are not too big for her. She carries a small black backpack slung over one shoulder as well. This backpack contains potions, pokeballs, her Pokémon, and other essential items.

Her second outfit is the one she wears when she plans on going into town for a while. It isn’t flashy in the least, in fact, it is meant to just look cool. She removes her sun glasses for a black bandanna with flames on the front tied around her head. She puts on a black T-shirt and puts on red camouflage caprice instead of the normal green pants. She puts on black boots that come up to about mid calf. She puts on a pair of black knuckle gloves to, just to finish off the outfit. She still carries the backpack, though she has a tendency to drag it on the ground while shopping.

Her last outfit isn’t really an outfit, it’s her pajamas. In these, Kari seems to look very silly. The chances of her pajamas ever matching are slim, and when they do, they look silly. She has tendencies to not change out of them and go traveling with them still on. He favorite pair is a matching set that is made of very soft material. The top had an Ursaring on the front and is dark blue. The bottoms are cover in Teddiursas. They are made of a slightly different material and are black. She sometimes is wearing Buneary slippers as well.

Personality:
Kari is very silly. Shockingly, she loves to play games and train with her Pokémon. She is very trusting, sometimes maybe a little too trusting. She will follow even a Maddened as long as they are willing to promise they aren’t lying. This is one of her biggest weaknesses. She will try to get along with everyone, even people who dislike her. She tries to make people laugh by telling jokes, but most of the time they aren’t funny. Some of them even hurt people. The only time she’s funny is when she’s not trying to be. She laughs at herself though. She also laughs at things she thinks are jokes. Sometimes, the person turns out to be being serious though, this can cause problems.

Other than being rather silly, Kari is also very caring. She never wants anyone she cares about to get hurt, sometimes she even attempts to protect her enemies. Some people take offense to her jumping into a battle to protect their remaining Pokémon, but she’s only doing it because she cares. She is the one who carries around tons of potions in order to try to keep all of the Pokémon healthy. She is known to grow very sad when someone yells at her or something bad happens. She never means to do any harm; most people just don’t want her help.

When the time is needed, Kari can become very serious. She will fight her hardest to do what must be done, as long as she believes she is on the correct team. When the correct things arise, her inner tough girl comes out. She is completely willing to fight to the death. This is when she no longer jokes around, when she no longer plays games. AT times like this, it is almost as though she is another person. She says that it’s just because she wants to do the right thing. Her mother said it was because she always wants to be the hero.

Lastly, Kari adores big Pokémon. She would much rather have a big, strong Pokémon than a small cutesy one. There are two reasons for this. The first is her slight fear of being unable to protect herself. She is always worried that if someone attacked her that she wouldn’t be able to fight them off. So with a big Pokémon, she believes no one is crazy enough to come after her, and if they did, she would be able to send out the Pokémon to kill them. Second, she likes cool things over cute things. She may be silly, but she would much rather have a big tough Pokémon that looks cool than a little pink one. She is a slight tom-boy after all. A Buneary would probably insult her tastes. This is why most of her Pokémon are large and strong.

History: Kari grew up on the outskirts of a desert. Her mom was the only one there to raise her, for her father was always off adventuring to become a gym leader. She never really looked up to her father, in fact, she somewhat disliked him. He cared more about Pokémon than other people. She didn’t understand. That was until she figured out just why he loved them so much. On her third birthday, she was given her first Pokémon, a Lavitar. Her mother had given it to her in hopes that it would protect her and keep her out of trouble, since she was always wandering into the desert. Lacking creativity with her three-year-old mind, she named the Lavitar Boom. She didn’t really pay too much attention to Boom until she was six. Then she decided maybe Pokémon weren’t bad things. She began to take care of Boom and raise him as best as she could. Since she was only six though, her mom helped her out.

At the age of ten, her mom let her enter tournaments and contests with Boom, who was now a Pupitar. She entered him in more battles than contests, claiming that he was far too strong to have to be put through such sissy events. It grew to the point that she needed to travel, because she had already won so many battles in her home town. Reluctantly, her mom let her leave when she turn eleven. She already knew where she was going to go, through the desert. She had Boom by her side, so she knew she would be safe. Unfortunately, she was wrong. The first attempt she made to pass through the desert, she failed. She was so broken hearted she stayed home for another year before daring to attempt it again.

At the age of thirteen, she decided that she could do it. She was strong. She stored up on potions and made a bizarre decision. She decided that she would buy a pokeball. She said good bye to her mother and set off again, this time determined to succeed. As she walked through the blazing desert she was jumped by another Pokémon, a Sandshrew. She had Boom battle it, and at the last second, threw her only pokeball at it. Feeling kind of dumb for using her only pokeball on a Sandshrew, she named it and continued on. This time, she made it through the desert. On the other side was a city.

She continued to travel with her Sandshrew and Tyranitar for 2 more years, going from city to city fighting other trainers. She didn’t always win, but she still kept going. She stopped in one city just in time for the carnival to come to town. Even though she wanted to keep going, she couldn’t deny how much she wanted to have fun at the carnival. So she stayed there and played games and had fun for a while. She managed to win an Eevee and a water stone from two of the games there. She traveled on, evolving her Eevee into a Vaporeon when she felt the time was right. She found and old looking stone lying around and attempted to use it on her Sandshrew. At the time, she didn’t know this was an everstone.

Kari is currently in a town on the outskirts of one of the Mad Circles. She caught her Mad Arcanine about two months ago, and just recently captured her Mad Scyther. She is in the town in order to heal her Pokémon and rest from the absolute insanity she found in the Mad Circle. She knows she wants to stop Uler, because what he and his scientists are doing is wrong, but there is a problem. There is no way she can do this. She doesn’t know how, and more importantly, she can’t fight off that many Maddeneds.

Other:
Kari really likes Hot chocolate. Even in the Summer.

Pokémon:

1.
Name: Boom
Age: 20
Gender: Male
Species: Tyranitar
Description: The size of a normal Tyranitar. He holds his head up high and his mouth is normally closed. He has a nice set of sharp teeth and claws that he uses in attacks. His eyes almost always have a slightly agitated look to them. His heavy tail is always dragging behind him on the ground.

Personality: Boom is over protective of anything he thinks belongs to him. If you hand him something to watch for a moment, you will never get it back. This goes for anything, even people. He is also very territorial, commonly stepping or attempting to step on others when they get to close to him. He doesn’t mind letting people ride on his back, but he will only do it for girls. He seems to have a soft spot for them. He is almost always mad about something, so he always looks a little annoyed, even when he’s having fun. He grunts more than he roars, because roaring is too loud. He is considered the leader of all of Kari’s Pokémon.

History: Boom was given to Kari as a present on her third birthday. Boom was just a Larvitar at this point, but he too was three years old. They grew up together, and at the age of seven, Boom had evolved into a Pupitar. Kari wasn’t too happy with the new form but promised that one day she would make him a Tyranitar. Sometime around the age of fifteen, her promise became true. Boom grew very protective over Kari since he had lived with her almost all of his life. He also developed a soft spot for girls and little kids.
Other: Boom can be used as a slide.

2.
Name: Skritch
Age: 13
Gender: Male
Species: Sandshrew

Description: Maybe a little smaller than the average Sandshrew. He is a bright yellow with a pale tan stomach. He is just a fat as any other Sandshrew, except he looks a little bit chubbier due to less height. He has the normal black eyes that a Sandshrew has and looks very adorable when rolling down a hill in the shape of a ball.

Personality: Skritch is the little one of Kari’s team. He likes to run in circles and play with toys. He isn’t the best fighter due to his playful attitude. He sometimes gets very annoying, to the point that Boom is known to roar at him. When people get mad at him, Skritch just makes puppy dog eyes and rolls up into a ball. He finds that this normally makes whoever was angry stop yelling in order to apologize. His slightly spastic nature makes him very hard to have around when you want to be quiet. Keep him out late at night isn’t a good idea if you plan on getting any sleep. He likes to steal food and other objects when he gets the chance.

History: Kari caught Skritch when she was thirteen. She used an everstone on him, thinking that it was some sort of “ground stone” that would evolve him into a Sandslash; this lead to Skritch never evolving. She took to feeding him a few too many candies during the day, which is why he is always so hyper.
Other: Skritch will work for candy.

3.
Name: Joker
Age: 15
Gender: Male
Species: Vaporeon

Description: Like any other Vaporeon as far as size and color. He may be a little shinier than most Vaporeons. He wears a little collar on his tail that has a bell on it. When Joker walks, he struts. He holds his nose high like he is too good for any other Pokémon.

Personality: Though Joker comes across as being stuck up, he does live up to his name. He likes to do things that are silly or inappropriate at the time. He does cartwheels and flips randomly when he gets bored. He likes to play pranks on trainers by spraying water in their faces or hiding a Pineco in their backpack so it will self destruct when they open it. Despite his joking around, he is also stuck up. He doesn’t seem to enjoy talking to other Pokémon, but instead prefers to prank them.

History: Kari won Joker in a bottle throwing game at the Carnival. At this point, he was just an Eevee, but later in the carnival she managed to win a water stone as well. She evolved him a week later. She thinks that Joker is a prankster because of living with the Carnival for the first five years of his life.
Other: Watch out if Joker suddenly disappears.

4.
Name: Rein
Age: 25
Gender: Male
Species: Arcanine

Description: Rein is two or three inches taller than a normal Arcanine. He is very skinny, but extremely muscular. He always has a bored look on his face. His eyes have dark circle around them that make him look somewhat sickly. His fur is a dark crimson and very coarse. Petting him isn’t very fun, because it is likely to hurt your hand. He has very long teeth, but most of them are chipped or worn down from fights. He also has very long claws that are slightly cracked. Part of his left ear is missing from when Uler “accidently” sliced it in the process of make a sandwich. His mane and tail are a lovely cement-like color that stands out against the red making him once again look sickly. He has pure black stripes moving down his entire body.

Personality: Rein is a very grumpy Pokémon. He likes to whine and complain about how people never do anything right. He also constantly talks about how useless everything everyone is doing is. He himself is just plain lazy. He lies around and waits for everyone else to do his job for him. After enough ordering around though, he will follow orders, though he normally drags his feet while doing so. When there is urgency, he jumps to it. He will give you a ride out of a burning building faster than you can count to ten. He cares a lot about his team, even though he pretends not to. He sometimes loses it when he gets too caught up in doing something. When he snaps, the only way to bring him back is with the smell of smoke or a swift bonk on the head.

History: Rein used to belong to a member of Rocket. He was abandoned as a Growlithe because no matter how much they trained him, he wouldn’t evolve. He wandered alone in the wild for a while until he was captured by Uler. Uler brought him to the lab and fed him and took good care of him until he went insane that is. Then, Uler decided to try his experiment on Rein. It worked very well, but Rein maintained his ability to think rationally. In fact, Rein was even smarter now. He was indeed crazy, but he managed to think up an insane escape plan in order to escape his cage in the lab. In the process, he managed to release a few others out of sheer spite for Uler. Once in the wild, he realized that he was no longer a Growlithe. Somehow during the experiment, he had evolved into an Arcanine. Kari found him about a year later, and managed to catch him by using an obnoxious little Sandshrew to distract him while a giant Tyranitar hit him on the head.
Other: Rein is most useful when running or fighting.

Special traits: He has large claws that are slightly serrated. His fur is also extremely coarse and that is somewhat sharp to the touch. He has Dark circles around his eyes. Part of his left ear is missing. A lot of his teeth are chipped and if they aren’t chipped they are a little too long. He is very dark crimson and his stripes are pure black. The rest of his fur is a smooth cement-like color. He can also speak English and Pokémon.
Type: Smart Maddened
Mental state: 6

5.
Name: Cypher
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Species: Scyther
Description: Cypher is much larger than a normal Scyther. He is a very dark green, which is almost black when in the shadow. His wingspan is a good seven feet. His wings look dried up and cracked, but they are actually very helpful for flying. He has two pairs of them. The wings insides are a dark brown, the color of wilted flowers. The crest on the top of his head is very spiky and his neck is much broader and stronger than a normal Scyther’s. His feet a large and clawed with more of a dinosaur look to them than that of a bug. The blades on his arms are also much larger than a normal Scyther’s, in fact, with his arms spread out at their full length; his bladed arms reach a good five feet. His mouth has two rows of razor sharp teeth. His eyes are a dark red, leaving him to look crazed no matter what. He has a long stegosaurus like tail instead of the normal bug-like bottom. This tail can be used to destroy enemies. Most of his body is cover with spiky plating, but in certain places like under his arms, under his legs, and directly beneath his head can be found vulnerable soft skin. These are his weak points.

Personality: Cypher is very crazy. He laughs very darkly at random points for what seems like no reason. He likes to laugh when his trainer is failing, or when anyone around him is failing for that matter. He goes nuts when almost anything happens. He will randomly wander off if someone is not keeping a close eye on him. He likes to ramble on and on in Spanish in order to confuse people, then laugh manically as they yell at him to stop. He doesn’t really know what the words “stop” and “no” mean. If he does than he just doesn’t care about them. He will go on rambling for hours under his breath so that he sounds psychotic. Though he is crazy and enjoys being so, there are times when he sometimes tries to do something to help someone. He seems to actually want to help some of the other Maddeneds. He doesn’t really like people though. He fights battles by himself, and doesn’t normally obey attack orders. This makes him very hard to have around.

History: Cypher used to belong to a gym leader. He fought well, even when he lost; he was praised for putting up the good fight. But one day, he was given up because he was too violent for the gym. He knew what he did was wrong, but sometimes, he just wanted to finish off the opponent. He didn’t think they would send him away for it. Oh but they did. They sent him to a lab so that he could be tested on, So that maybe he could be sent back when he was less violent. Unfortunately, this back fired. He was sent to Timothy Nau, who used the machine to make him crazy. When Cypher woke up, the biggest thing he could remember was the joy that violence brought him. How much fun he would have slicing his opponents to bits with his new body! Yes, this was such a good thing. He managed to escape his cage in one of many random “prison breaks”. He then went out into the wild in order to destroy anything he could find. In the wild, he encountered Kari. With the help of Rein, Kari managed to beat Cypher. She caught him and was quite proud of doing so. Unfortunately, her assumption that Cypher would be smart like Rein was incorrect. Now she has a mad Mexican Scyther to deal with.
Other: Cypher likes boxes containing objects that can be scattered across large areas inside them. Especially tissue boxes.

Special traits: Cypher has armor plating over very soft and delicate skin. This armor plating is very spiky and most likely can be used to stab opponents when ramming into them. He has two rows of sharp teeth that are not in the least bit filed down. The crest on the top of his head is very spiky, like the rest of his armor. His eyes are burning red. He is much larger than the normal Scyther with a long wingspan. His wings look dried and cracked, but they are actually still very useful in flight. His armor is a very dark, almost black, green. His wings and stomach are a dark brown. His weak skin is a light grey. He has a long spiked tail that looks like it belongs to a stegosaurus. His feet and legs look like those of a raptor of some sort. He can speak both English and Spanish, but mostly Spanish.
Type: Blood thirsty Maddened
Mental state: 3

Reserve me please. It looks like I'm going to need a bit more time that usual to get the sign up you're looking for, but I'll have it up ASAP

Edit: Uh, completely missed the 'for reservations' part. So here's an example, a rather good one of mine.

Bree looked up at the sky, feeling the… snow… fall onto her face, soft and gentle. She drew in breath, the… cold… air filling her lungs. It was such a good feeling. Wind whipped at her face, blowing her long tangled black hair backwards as she clung to the dragon’s back, despite the fact that she could feel a supernatural force holding her in place. It was just human nature to cling on. Bree could feel her thin white shirt being blown about by the wind, and she shivered. A strange feeling was taking over her body. Small bumps formed on her arms. She didn’t know what on earth they were called.

It was getting very cold now, as the dragon climbed higher and higher. The sweat that had been dripping off her body just a few minutes ago that had been a useless attempt to cool her body was now working far too well. Cautiously, Bree took one arm off the dragons back, then the other and was amazed to find that she didn’t fall to her death. Wrapping her arms around her body in an attempt to keep warm, Bree looked over the strong, emerald back of the dragon, to see the world below. The land was a light brown colour, dead grass was only seen rarely, dead trees scattered the landscape. The majority of the buildings of the only place Bree had known were crumbling into ruin, most of the damage done by natural disasters such as earthquakes. Just that sight alone filled her with an incredible amount of sadness and a faint stirring of the will to deal out revenge. But that would mean killing herself…

The dragon’s flight was graceful and powerful, each flap of it’s wings sending the air downwards. The dragon… no. The amazing, beautiful, powerful… there wasn’t enough words to describe the creature that she was on the back of. Bree remembered how she’d been convinced that she was going to die the second she saw it.

She’d been savoring the stale bread she’d brought from the money she’d stolen. Even though it was hard and the crumbs irritated her throat, it was far better than nothing. Then, she’d shivered. She’d frozen for a moment, wondering what automatic action her body had just preformed. Then realizing that she’d shivered, her mouth had popped open, her light blue eyes widening to a huge size. The next thing had almost stopped Bree’s heart. A small, cold touch on her forehead. Eyes widening even futher, she’d turned her head to look at the sky.

Dark clouds were forming, and an unnatural substance had started falling from the clouds. No, it wasn’t unnatural. That was… it had taken Bree a moment to remember the word: Snow. Dark shadows had flown around behind the clouds, one coming closer and closer. Moments later, the shadow had broken out of the clouds. A huge green lizardlike creature had flown down on massive wings that were larger than it’s body, required to lift it’s weight into the air. Emerald scales covered it from head to toe, glittering like the gem itself. Four large, muscular limbs were held close to it’s body, each with talons larger than swords. Pearly white fangs jutted out from it’s jaw. A red diamond was set into a mechanical device fitted on it’s chest. It had opened it’s eyes, a liquid silver and Bree saw herself clearly reflected in those wise, all knowing eyes.

The stale bread had fallen to the ground, forgotten. Her eyes were wider than what she would have though possible, mouth open in shock. She’d fallen to her knees without knowing it, tearing her already ripped black pants on a rock.

Staring into the eyes of the magnificent beast, Bree had been convinced that she was going to die. She couldn’t stop looking at those eyes, barely noticing the other people joining her in the square. A deep voice filled her head, greeting them then telling the crowd that it, a dragon, was here to take them away from the wasteland now known as earth. It said that it would test everyone who came, and that those who didn’t believe what it said could leave. Bree didn’t notice the crowd move away from her, nor did she notice her limbs automatically pick herself off the ground and move silently towards the dragon. If the dragon was lying… well she would die sooner or later. Bree didn’t think she’d cared if the dragon was the one to take her life.

The dragon asked again, telling the people who were at his feet that they would never see earth again. Bree hadn’t moved, but others did, hurrying away thinking of loved ones, ones they couldn’t leave behind. Bree had never known her parents. She didn’t know who her relatives were. She had no reason to stay, and a million reasons to go. When the dragon moved it’s tail towards them to help the few humans who were determined to go, Bree climbed up with the rest of them.

Shaking her head in disbelief, Bree focused on the person in front of her. It was an elderly man, seemingly Chinese. Bree herself had the same kind of golden skin and black hair as he did. He was looking at the dragon in a kind of worshiping way, making Bree remember that a dragon meant good luck in Chinese mythology. The elderly man’s spirit was contagious. A new feeling – hope – filled her to the brim as the dragon flew onwards.

Smart Maddeneds are the ones with the most sense. They are capable of coming up with very in depth plans and carrying them out. They're brain functions almost normally, but snaps only here and there. They commonly are more mutated physically than the others.

Fearful Maddeneds lost all memories of their past life. They can't recall what they did before the experiments at all. They are easily confused, and this causes them to run and hide from other Maddeneds. They are slightly less mutated then others.

Blood thirsty Maddeneds are the normal ones. They love to kill and have lost basically all of their sense. They don't listen to orders very well, and act on random instinct. They are the most likely to see. These are also the most common in the wild.

I would like to reserve a spot please. This seems like it is going to be fun~

Molly heaved out a sigh as she sat on her bed staring at the messenger who had brought news that she was drafted into a legendary's army. Said messenger was a mysterious purple snover who had hatched only moments before. "Oh little snover, what am I supposed to do?"

"Snooo? Snover snow snow."

"Okay, I have no idea what you just said, but I have and idea at least. I could tell my mom that I found you and want to go on a pokemon journey, maybe I can do some battles and capture other pokemon along the way, and if this 'Inertigon' really exists, maybe he will show himself."

"Snover snow!"

Molly shot a confused look at her pokemon. "You didn't understand any of that did you. Oh well, at least you are supportive. Come on, we need to talk to my mother." Molly grabbed the oddly-shaped hand of her snover and walked him out of her large, elegant, room and down the hallway to her parents' room. This particular hallway looked over the main entranceway and had a grand staircase leading down from the middle. A huge crystal chandelier hung over the staircase and reflected a thousand spots of light over the room. But Molly didn't stop to gawk; this was her house and teenage girl wanted nothing more than to reach the master bedroom at the center of the hall. Finally, Molly reached her destination and took a deep breath before placing her free hand on the doorknob and pulling it open. Once inside, Molly's mother noticed her arrival and turned to look.

"Oh my, Molly dear, where did you get that strange pokemon?"

As the snover stepped up beside her Molly shifted with unease and carefully thought out her response before talking. "I-I found this snover outside, and I wanted to keep him because he was very beautiful, as you can see. Then I started thinking and... well this is kind of sudden but I want to go on a pokemon journey!"

A look of shock crossed onto Molly's mother's face. "You really mean it? When you were ten I told you I could get you a pokemon, but you refused. Are you sure you want to do this now?"

"Yes, I'm sure, I'll be heading out right away. I don't think I want to be doing any gym battles... but contests seem very fun. And my snover's neat colors will get me tons of fame I'm sure of it. So... I guess this is goodbye." Molly shrugged and looked hopefully at her mother.

"Oh no you don't! Not without a backpack and some kind of sleeping bag in case you have to camp out, and some money and food of course. Come over here, you can have my old bag." Excitedly, Molly hurried over with the snover following close behind. Molly's mom opened up a large cabinet filled with many fascinating old things, but the one she pulled out was a was a small and stylish white backpack with a periwinkle pokeball design on the back. She handed it to Molly, and curiously the new trainer looked in the main pocket to find a lightweight, tan sleeping bag and a few potions that her mother had never taken out. Molly looked up at her mom with shining eyes.

"Wow! Thanks so much! I-I can't believe it!"

"Okay sweetie. Now take this too; you will need money for shopping at pokemarts and buying food while in town." Gratefully, Molly took the simple wallet that her mother had pulled out and checked to find out that there were one thousand dollars inside.

"All this? For me? Seriously, thanks. I'll be sure to stop in the next town... uh... Jubilife, to get some food with this. But now, I want to go be a pokemon co-ordinater. Goodbye Mom!" Molly was already out the door and rushing down the stairs when her mother shouted 'goodbye' back. Pausing to let her snover catch up, Molly opened the front door and took a step out into the warm Sandgem air. After taking a deep breath, Molly began to walk toward the route that would take her to Jubilife. A contest was supposed to be held there soon, a perfect chance to start off her career... and to train this snover for 'Inertigon'.

"Okay snover, your training begins today. I don't think you need a pokeball; you can just follow me around." Molly thought for a second before continuing. "But, I hate calling you just snover, so I hereby dub thee as Prince Frostbite!"

"Sno-snover!" The newly named 'Prince Frostbite' held his head high like a real prince and walked with his now giggling trainer out into the world outside the city.

All right, I have this up and ready. Sort of...

Name: Hillary Materson

Age: 17

Gender: Female

Description: At a height of almost six feet but with a low weight and scrawny body, Hillary gives new meaning to the phrase 'tall and thin.' In comparison to other girls of her age, Hillary is rather underdeveloped looks less feminine in body. Her hair is a pale, silvery color and it hangs loosly around her head in chunks of differing length giving it an overall messy appearance. Because she wears a hood most of the time, Hillary keeps her hair pulled out over one of her shoulders. Short eyelashes and a decent amount of dark make-up surround Hillary's turquoise eyes while no make-up of any kind can be found on the rest of her normal-proportioned face. Overall, Hillary has pale skin due to a lack of sunlight and cracks where a little blood is poking through that can be found on her dry knuckles.

For clothing, Hillary likes to wear a simple undershirt- like a tank top or something of the sort -with a baggy, black sweatshirt that is a size or two too large. This sweatshirt has a hood that Hillary always pulles over her head enough to block her eyes from the light, but not so much that you can't see them. Ninety percent of the time, Hillary will wear a pair of jeans that fits perfectly around her waist but is far too long. Needless to say, these jeans were custom-made to be like this on Hillary's tall and thin body. Below that is Hillary's shoes; a pair of black tennis shoes that have faded to grey after aged of use. These however, can only be seen when Hillary is walking since they are covered by her pants when she is standing. Unlike a lot of girls, Hillary doesn't wear any jewelry and never will- she thinks that jewelry is annoying and pointless.

Personality: Hillary is the shy and quiet type. She prefers to keep to herself and never gives out secrets to anyone save for her closest companions and family members- pokemon included. If Hillary is approached by someone she doesn't know well, if she knows them at all, then she will react by making small talk and counting the seconds away until they leave her to her thoughts. Hillary loves to think and can be found daydreaming most of the time, usually about random things for no reason other than that she finds most comfort in thinking to herself rather than interacting with others.

In addition to being shy around most people, Hillary is very skittish and scared of almost everything. She wears a hood all the time because she is afraid that her cheeks will get sunburned. She doesn't evolve her pokemon until she is one hundred percent sure that they will obey her without question. Some people find Hillary's fears to be irrational and wierd, but Hillary herself thinks that fear is what will help her survive longer than the rest. Sometimes however, Hillary will put aside irrational fears and most of her fear in general when a problem arises or a potentially thrilling adventure emerges. It was this loophole to her personality that allowed Hillary to go out on her pokemon adventure, and later for who to decide to take on the task at hand- fighting off Uler.

History: Two years after her older brother was born, and two minutes after her older sister, Hillary was the second of a pair of twins in the Materson family. After that, her parents decided that three was enough and had no more kids, leaving Hillary as the youngest in the family. As a young child, Hillary developed her many fears through the many dangers that she put herself in. Once she tried to plug in a lamp, but she was touching the metal prongs when she placed it in and was shocked badly. Later, Hillary ran with scissors and ended up tripping and cutting a large, but fortunately not deep, gash in her hand. The list continues. By the time Hillary was five, she developed a plan that would prevent her from getting hurt again. This plan was that she would move slowly when handling something potentially dangerous, and that she would be extra careful around electrical equipment. Also, Hillary tried to avoid wild pokemon, and even trainer-owned pokemon that could be dangerous. luckily for Hillary, her fear of pokemon was lifted with the arrival of her own.

Hillary's parents were saddened by the frightened state of their daughter, and with a lot of coaxing they managed to convince the local pokemon dealer to allow Hillary a pokemon when she was only seven years old. For obvious reasons, Hillary was given the weakest and least dangerous off all of the pokemon that the dealer had; cherubi. At first, Hillary was terrified of the cherubi like any other pokemon, but after about a week she began to trust her pokemon, and eventually she trusted most others since she had her own for protection. Rosette became the name of Hillary's cherubi and she was loved dearly by her trainer. There seemed to be no pokemon in existance that Hillary liked better. Because of the amazing bond between the underaged trainer and her pokemon, Hillary was confident and courageous enough to allow Rosette to evolve less than a year after recieving her. More impressively, at age ten, Hillary announced to her family that she would leave on a pokmon journey. Things seemed to be looking up for the fearful child.

During her travels, Hillary caught and eventually brought up the courage to evolve a fair amount of pokemon. With time, Hillary's pokemon bacame battle-worthy and she was able to earn a few gym badges. That was when Hillary heard about Uler and the 'maddened' pokemon. In this case, curiosity overwhelmed Hillary and she decided to take up an investigation of the mysterious pokemon. After almost a month without any luck, Hillary found her first wild maddened and captured it. The maddened was a sableye, and surprisingly, he was the pokemon that Hillary bonded with the fastest, mainly because he was skittish and fearful just like her. Now she has ventured a little ways into the maddened circle, and it has been a long couple months since the capture of her first maddened. Still fearful, Hillary has wished that she could find a companion who would help her in her investigation, but not be bothersome like most other people were in Hillary's eyes. Maybe with her two maddened, Hillary can hold out for her dream friend just a little longer.

Other: Of all of Hillary's fears, the greatest is of fire-types and fire in general. Also, Hillary is absolutely crazy for somr good, old-fashioned moo moo milk.

Pokémon:

Name: Rosette

Gender:Female

Species: Cherrim

Description: Rosette is a picture-perfect cherrim with a big wide grin and her tounge always hanging out, even when she is closed. When open, she is the classic tan pokemon with pink petals and little barette-like attachments on her head. In closed form, she looks like a closed purple flower with a tounge sticking out of the bottom.

Personality: Having been Hillary's first pokemon, Rosette is very supportive of her trainer and fellow pokemon. She will cheer on others if she is not in the battle herself and she refuses to go inside a pokeball for any reason. Rosette has nerves of steel and will go up against any opponent, no matter how big or how strong they are or seem to be. Finally, Rosette has a curiosity that is far beyond enough to kill a cat, er, meowth. If anything out of the ordinary passes by Hillary and Rosette, the latter will be the first to spot it and go crazy trying to figure out what it is. This curiosity has gotten Rosette in trouble numerous times.

History: Rosette was brought to the pokemon dealer by a pokemon breeder, and from there handed to Hillary. Not much happened to Rosette between her birth and being joined with Hillary, so except for her many adventures with her trainer, there is not much of history for Rosette.

Other: Rosette. Is. Going. To. Get. Your. Honey.

Good so far Jewel. I like it. Also, people have been asking me where the six Mad Circles are located. I have edited the first post to add in a few facts as well as my character. Ask any questions you need. We're going to need more people in this for this RPG to survive. It seems that everyone is worried that it won't turn out well. I hope it will though...

Tell me what you think.

Looks like that it's an all girl party at the moment!

Name: Kaylee

Age: 19

Gender: Female

Description: Kaylee is about 1.7 metres tall, with slender but powerful limbs as she’s travelled through various regions on her own two feet. She’s quite agile and is used to climbing trees for a better look at her surroundings. Kaylee has dark brown skin, with a few scars here and there on her body. Her hair is fiery red and falls to the top of her waist. It has natural (but crazy) waves towards the bottom of her hair. Kaylee’s eyes are light blue in colour, and normally have a devious look to them. Her eyes are quite bright and stand out.

Clothing wise, Kaylee likes to treat herself with comfortable clothes. Her current favourite outfit is an emerald green sleeves top, cut jaggedly at the bottom. The left side of her top is longer than the right. It has a white stripe that runs from her left shoulder to the bottom of the top which follows the edge of the top all the way around. There’s a few white buttons running next to the stripe. She wears good, strong black jeans with this, with black boots that have straps which are green on them. She does carry around a few other outfits in her black backpack, but she doesn’t wear them as much.

Personality: Kaylee has a slightly demonic nature, which is reflected in most things she does. For example, when in battle she normally aims to kill, or do some serious damage anyway, to her opponent. This kind of cruelty comes from her past and she’s not too eager to make the same mistake again, for it cost the life of one of her Pokemon. She tends to lie a lot, to get out of situations that she can’t battle her way out of.

Kaylee is also extremely cautious, normally sending a Pokemon out ahead of her if she’s in an area which she knows is dangerous. She keeps a knife or two hidden on her, in case her Pokemon get in trouble. She tends not to fully trust any human in general but she isn’t unwilling to make friends and talk to people.

History: Kaylee was born in Canalave City in Sinnoh. She was the only child of a Sailor (her mother died shortly after Kaylee was born) named Trent. Kaylee grew up on the seas, being taught everything her father knew about the ocean. So it wasn’t surprising that Kaylee’s first Pokemon was a Finneon, named Marina. Kaylee was quite innocent back there, beliving that the only threat to someone’s life was the sea, not the creatures within it. She paid dearly for this belief when she sent Marina to fight a Wild Tentacruel. All went well until the Tentacruel was lying on the ground, seemingly unconscious and Kaylee called for her Pokemon to come to her. As soon as Marina’s back was turned, the Tentacruel launched a furious Poison Jab at the water type, knocking her out. Marina was so badly poisoned from the Tentacruel’s poison that she died in Kaylee’s arms as she ran to the Pokemon Centre.

A few years later, after getting over from the death of Marina, Kaylee announced that she wanted to know more about Pokemon that weren’t from the sea. She went out and caught a Shinx which she named Raiden, then set off on her journey to learn more and become a great battler, to ensure that none of her Pokemon would ever be put at risk again.

______________________

Name: Raiden

Age: 15

Gender: Male

Species: Luxray

Description: Raiden is rather muscular for a Luxray, boosting the effectiveness of his Intimidate ability. His mane is quite long, going all the way down his neck. He has streaks of gold through his mane and rather sharp claws.

Personality: Raiden is very protective of all the other members of his team, not including Cyndane. He regards the Maddened as a danger to his fellow Pokemon and trainer. So in battle, sometimes he will try and make Cyndane get hurt or seem worthless, to try and tell Kaylee to get rid of the thing.

Against all opponents, he always stands his ground, never fleeing. If one of his fellow Pokemon is about to be hurt in battle, he will try to deflect the attack or if all else fails, take the attack himself to spare the other Pokemon the damage.

History: Raiden was Kaylee’s second Pokemon, caught using the Great Ball Kaylee’s father had given her not long after Marina’s death in case she ever decided to capture another Pokemon. Raiden took a while to adjust to living with a trainer, having lived for 4 years in the wild. Still he soon came to trust Kaylee. Raiden evolved into a Luxio in battle against a Swimmer’s Gyarados, knowing he’d need a little extra power to win the match. He evolved into a Luxray against Volker’s Luxray.

Other: Ability: Intimidate

__________________________

Name: Luna

Age: 9

Gender: Female

Species:
Kirlia

Description: Luna is a typical Kirlia. Humanoid in appearance, with a white ‘dress’ that flares out like a flower, long green ‘bangs’ and a bit that covers the front of her face. Two red horns make the longest bangs look like piggy tails.

Personality: Luna is the baby of the group. She’s very childish and rather naïve as well. She never seems to take anything seriously, even if she’s the only Pokemon Kaylee has left against a seriously strong opponent. As a result, the majority of Kaylee’s team always keeps an eye on her incase she does something stupid, such as teleporting onto a precarious ledge or something similar.

When fighting, she likes to take her time, preferring to weaken the foe before attacking with powerful moves to bring them down. She likes moves that paralyze or poison or create any status problem.

Being as young as she is, Luna will sometimes act like one of the Pokemon she admires, which is normally Zero. So she’ll sometimes try to order everyone else around, but is normally told by Zero to cut it out.

History: Originally, Kaylee had caught a Kadabra, whom wasn’t particularly kind to the rest of the members in her team, so she traded with a boy whom she met in Sandgem Town and received Luna. As a result, Luna powers up extremely quickly. Luckily for Kaylee, she gathered up enough badges to make sure the Kirlia obeyed her.

Other: Ability: Trace

__________________________

Name: Zero

Age: 32

Gender: Male

Species: Gliscor

Description: Zero is a typical Glisor, large and bat like with wings made to glide and a scorpionlike tail. His ears are huge, perfect for hearing his prey in the night. He takes great pride in his massive pincers.

Personality: Zero, being the oldest of the ‘normal’ Pokemon sees himself as the leader of the group and often orders the others around, much to the irritation of Raiden and Masema. Still, Zero’s ideas are often quite good, so the two, unhappily, follow his orders.

Zero is an easily irritated character, especially when people mimic him as Luna does. He refrains from lashing out at the young Pokemon, mainly because she’s young and a girl.

Zero likes kicking arse and enjoys fighting opponents with his level of skill. He likes to hit hard and fast, often with poisonous moves – his favorite kind.

History: Kaylee ran into Zero on route 206 whom was a Gligar then and was trying to tell the other Gligars that he should lead, without much luck. So, to prove himself, he launched himself at the nearest Pokemon, Raiden. The other Gligars weren’t very impressed when Zero was captured, making Zero have a low self esteem. Being in the group however, has slowly boosted his confidence until he was back to his normal, bossy self.

Zero evolved at Mount Cornet.

Other: Ability: Sand Veil

_________________________

Name: Masema

Age: 24

Gender: Male

Species: Mantine

Description: Masema is slightly on the small side for a Mantine, but it doesn’t hinder his unique ability to both fly and swim (OOC: Going by the Manga on that). He has a long silky tail which trails behind him as he swims/flies. He’s a blue grey on his underbelly and a darker blue grey on top. He has two antannas on the top of his head.

Personality: Masema is a very quite character, enjoying silence, liking to simpily listen the sound of the wind or waves. He likes to seek out the joys in life and focuses only on them, making him a rather positive character. He seems to make people happier by just being near him.

Masema likes to beef himself up secretly in battle, then attack. He’s very careful in battle, making sure he’s never severely hurt. His ability helps him stay in battle longer.

History: Masema was a gift from Kaylee’s father as a present for beating Volker. Masema was bred from Trent’s own Mantine, making Masema seem like another member of the family automatically. Masema was Kaylee’s choosen form of transportation to the Elite Four before she set off to Hoenn.

Masema evolved in a Tag team Tournament in Hoenn when Kaylee teamed up with a guy called Tyler, whom had a Remoraid on his team.

Other: Ability: Water Absorb

________________________

Name: Cyndane

Age: Around 90 years

Gender: Female

Species: Salamence

Description: Cyndane is slightly larger than a normal Salamence, but it’s not a result of the experiments. At the end of her tail is a club like device, perfect for smashing just about anything that get’s in her way. The most notable and terrible thing (other than her size) about this Maddened is that she has two heads. Each head has a large gem set on it’s forehead, which changes colour and how brightly it shines. The red strips above her eyes have been extended, so that they are as long as Cyndane’s neck. They can be used as whips if she wishes, but she normally prefers to attack with other weapons. She has a wingspan about 4 metres long. Each of her four feet has five sharp claws sticking out of them. One of her head’s eyes is pure white, the other jet black.

Cyndane’s brain is contained in her chest, protected by steel strips which have become fused to her flesh. The brain is capable of controlling Cyndane’s body and two heads all at once with ease. It is surrounded by a small hollow cavern (kinda like the gap between your skull and brain, but a bit bigger). If one was to enter this gap in her flesh, they would be capable of doing massive damage.

Personality: Cyndane is a rather silent character, a result of her madness. She’ll just stare at nothing for hours. Or that’s what she appears to be doing anyway. In actual fact, she’s listening to the voices in her head, which scream at her continuously. As a result, she often get’s confused easily because those voices yell at her to do different things. She’ll be halfway through an attack, then stop randomly and flee.

Cyndane’s actions are rather random, sometimes doing exactly what Kaylee wants, other times attacking her other ‘teammates’. It depends on what voices in her head(s) turn out to be the one she thinks is right. Her random nature makes Kaylee reluctant to use her in battle.

History: Cyndane was born as a wild Bagon at Meteor Falls. She grew quickly, and soon was one of the biggest Bagon’s around. After about 20 years of living, she evolved into a Shelgon and became obsessed with wanting to fly. So she spent a lot of time making artificial wings for herself and jumping from small cliffs. Thanks to her armor, it didn’t kill her when she hit the ground. Most of the other dragon’s stayed away from her during this time. Finally, about 88 years into her life, she evolved into a Salamence. Her greatest dream had been granted and she instantly set off on a long flight around the world. Unfortunately, she landed close to one of the Mad Labs and fell asleep, allowing herself to be taken in for experimenting easily.

It didn’t take Cyndane long for her appearance to change as a result of the experiments (including growing a new head and brain, then shutting the two other brains down). She’d always been a fast grower. The voices in her head went insane once her changes had been complete, and soon she’d dug her way out of her steel walled prison with her strong claws.

After being free for a while, she came across a small town and the voice screaming to destroy it won. This happened to be where Kaylee and her Pokemon were staying. Raiden’s ability to see through objects allowed him to see the area in Cyndane’s chest which was hollow. Luna then teleported in and put certain parts of Cyndane’s brain to sleep, allowing the Maddened to be caught easily.

Other: Kaylee is trying to make Cyndane a bit more obedient by being extremely kind to her. So far, it hasn’t had much luck. Cyndane meant ‘Last Chance’ in a book Kaylee once read, which fit perfectly for the massive dragon.

Ablility: Intimidate

Special traits: Physical features aside, there’s only one thing that Cyndane can do that other’s can’t, which is change her hidden Power type and strength. This is done through the jewels on her foreheads, which change colour and luster depending on how strong the attack and what type.

Type: Smart Maddened

Mental state: 5

Aura Wolfe-
Kaylee: I need you to work on your post a good bit. It is very short, especially the personality. I think that if she lost her first pokemon it would make her less prone to battle, out of fear. Having her be demented, in her own way, doesn't really fit her history. I personally, don't really like the fact that she is demonic, but I will accept it if you are willing to work it out better. Her description is is short, but I do like the outfit and I can get a picture of what she looks like, just not a very detailed one. The entire thing needs to be lengthened.

Raiden: I like him. Having an overprotective pokemon in the group is sensible. His hatred of Maddens can be both a weakness and a strength, because there is the chance that he will be running into a few to many and get hurt. There is also the chance that he might run into one and easily slaughter it. I would like it if you would add on to the personality some. Over all, this Pokemon is fine. Acceptable.

Luna:
I have a few problems. At first, she seemed to be the weakness of your team. Then you went on to say that she was very smart when it comes to battling. If you are dumb enough to teleport yourself onto a cliff, that you will most likely fall off of, where do you find the intelligence to think about a skilled plan in battle. Work on her. She needs to either be smarter or dumber. Your choice.

Zero: In general, I like the idea of having a leader in the team. It is always helpful, because it prevents angry fighting amongst the other pokemon. I would appreciate more length to the personality. Please, Thanks. Otherwise acceptable.

Masema: For starters, I have never read the Manga. I will dodge all books, action figures, and heavy objects thrown at me. I'm going by the game here. Since Mantine can't learn fly, I don't really think it should be able to. Its a water type, so yes its fine that it can swim, but flying is just a little over powering in this case. Other than that, Masema's wanting to put thought into fighting may get him in some trouble, but is still sensible. Just try to keep him away from Blood Thirsty Maddeneds. Other than the flying, Acceptable.

Cyndane:
Alright. She isn't really the description of a Smart Maddened. I believe that she would fit better with being a Fearful Maddened due to her silent ways. The randomness of her makes her even less of a Smart Maddened. When it comes down to it, she doesn't plan, scheme, think, or really put much thought into what she does, therefore, she is not a Smart Maddened.

Second, WHY does she have two heads. This is not something that causes that drastic of a genetic mutation. An extra head, is over doing it. I can see limbs that aren't extremely useful, tails, arms, feet, spikes, but a head that works is out of the question. I mean, Uler messed them up, but an extra head.

Then there is the brain in the chest, why? I understand that this is convenient for having two heads, but why would your brain move to your chest. Did the machine poke it all the way down there when trying to reconfigure its structure to make it Mad? I don't think that's even possible. A lot of these features would take surgery to create. I want things that can happen more as a growth than a surgical attachment. So a brain in the chest and an extra head are out.

If you really want to use the two-headed thing, I suggest completely changing your history. Instead, make it so that when she was an Egg, they tries to make her be born a Maddened. So when they tampered with the Egg, they separated the pokemon, creating two heads. This is something that real people have done with chickens and turtles. This would be reasonable, though one head needs to be dominant. They can have two brains, but one works far better than the other. The less active one is likely to be mentally retarded.

You need to work on her. Make her more realistic, which is funny to say...

Overall, you're very short here. I need more length. A paragraph is not a sentence. A sentence is not a paragraph. Not even three sentences is a paragraph. So I need more length. I like the character and most of her pokemon, but they need some work. Denied without correction. You have 4 strikes left. Please work on it, and try again. I need people in my RPG...

Name: Kfira Ferrer (Kif-ira Ferr-er. People call her Kif.)
Age: 24
Gender: Female

Description: Kfira is reasonably tall, standing at around five feet nine inches. Her physique is, to be frank, scrawny; there is no fat on her body, sure, but neither is there much muscle. There are little lines along her arms where the muscles, small as they are, are covered only by a soft layer of skin, but there is not much definition to speak of. Her legs are stronger than her arms, but even they are fairly stick-like. Her body borders on sickly-looking, but just manages to give him the look of being very thin. She has long limbs and spindly fingers. Her waist isn’t particularly pronounced, but her hips are fairly wide and her breasts are of an average size. Kfira’s skin is a nice shade of tan—just kissed by the sun, but not browned by it. She has spent approximately equal amounts of time inside and out, which has yielded their tone of light bronze. She has a fair amount of freckles, though not on her face so much as her shoulders, arms, and neck.

Kfira has a smooth face, with a clear complexion and soft jawline. Her nose is rather unincredible. Her eyes are almond-shaped and have lovely chocolate-colored pupils. Her bangs cover most of her forehead and are swept softly to the right, though they don’t quite cover the scars on her face. She has what look to be very old white scratch marks right at the bridge of her nose, and on her cheek. These are clearly from the same swipe, though they missed the crook between her nose and her cheek. Her hair is thick and looks very soft; it is nearly black, but closer to the color of dark chocolate. It is also fairly long, just covering her shoulders, and straight (with the exception of a slight bounce). She usually just lets it hang, but she can pull it back if she really needs to and carries bands just for that. Sometimes, she wears a headband around her crown to keep it out of her face.

As far as clothes go, Kfira isn’t the most creative person ever. However, her outfits do bear a good bit of color, though they are notably masculine. The main article she is seen wearing is a flannel shirt and some jeans. Her favorite flannel shirts are all button-up and fit pretty loosely, and of course are patterned in plaid. They are colored typically with blues and greens, along with whites and blacks. Occasionally there are some brown or red shades thrown in, but these are less typical. Beneath her flannel shirts she wears white or black tank tops, in case it gets warm out. These most resemble “wifebeaters” and are made of an extremely comfortable type of ribbed cotton. Kfira usually wears beige-colored cargo pants, but she also carries around a couple of pairs of dark colored blue jeans, with lots of holes in them. She only has one pair of shoes: a pair of comfortable brown hiking boots, her best friend for all terrains of walking. They have yellow laces and black soles. With accessories, Kfira doesn’t wear much; she has a black corded necklace with some beads on it, and two rings: one on her right middle finger and one on her left ring finger. The one on her right is just a silver band with black running through its center; the one on the left is also silver but thinner and bears a ruby stone, cut in an oval, at its center. There is always a medical bandage rolled tightly around Kif’s left wrist, where the bone did not set correctly after the grave rock slide. She must re-roll it every so often, as her wrist gives her rather heavy pain when twisted otherwise.

Personality: Kfira is a rather quiet person. She keeps most of her feelings inside beneath a thin layer of smiles and quiet looks. However, certain situations reveal her sad nature, but usually only in small sad glances and long bouts of quiet. She can’t seem to get past everything that she’s seen, particularly the death of her Persian Colette. She isn’t a very driven person; rather, she has given up on a lot of things, nearly including finding her father (she hasn’t quite, though). Kif is pretty empty because the only people who took care of her, excluding Leonardo, are all gone. She hasn’t made any real friends other than her Pokémon, which makes her socially awkward. She can talk to people if need be, but she often puts her foot in her mouth and commonly misunderstands social cues (such as tones of voice). She can actually understand body language better than speaking tones, since that is how she communicates with her Pokémon. She has no respect for authority, and is usually quiet around such people.

Kif is not completely immature, however—rather, she is every bit her age. She accepts that Colette’s death was not her fault, but still grieves her heavily. She is kind and caring toward Pokémon, especially feline and canine ones, and seeing any Pokémon misused makes her sad. However, Kif is not known to have ever lashed out, except when someone needlessly harmed a Persian only months after Colette died. She and Leonardo actually both became very angry and that guy went to the hospital with nasty burns. But still, that only happened once. Kfira is mostly stable other than that, and her ongoing depression (which is pretty mild altogether). Her heart is still relatively warm, because she is constantly trying to fill the void left by her family and her Persian. She isn’t the vigilante who wants to save all Pokémon, sure, but she is very kind to those that she can help. Of course, you have to put up with Kif’s rather tough nature. When she actually speaks, she is very coarse and detached, as once again, she lacks social skills.

Typically, Kfira is rather easily distractible. Her mind tends to wander, off to places where no one knows. It’s her method of escape, other than drawing. She draws a lot, being fairly artistic, but she does not often show others her art because she is insecure of her talents. She would like people to notice her and talk to her for reasons other than this, but at the same time, Kif does not seek attention. She goes her own way, because she was tied down at home for a long time, and hates to follow anyone’s ideas of who she should be. Instead, she acts on her own will, wearing what she finds comfortable and doing what she likes. Kif would like to make human friends, but at the same time she is not willing to bend over backwards (or even speak) to make them. However, she is actually a nice person, albeit with her fair share of problems. Her silent nature and coarse speech often be off-putting, but that doesn’t stop her from being warm-hearted. Her thin veil of smiles is actually meant to keep others from worrying about her, and maybe brighten their day a little bit, even though she rarely succeeds.

History:
Kfira’s father had been a trainer in his youth. He started his journey with a Bulbasaur and a young Meowth, and traveled from the time he was fifteen until he was about twenty-two. Then, he met Kfira’s mother, a stunningly beautiful woman with a slight attention complex. The two fell in love, and the traveler settled down. They started up a store together, selling Pokémon products to travelling trainers. Kfira was born a few years later, and lived a pretty normal life with her father’s Pokémon as he closest friends. Particularly, there was Vie, the Venasaur who was her father’s starter, and Colette, the Persian. Of course, he had a few others, but Kif knew these two best. Colette wasn’t very friendly toward her for the longest time, even giving her the scars on her face which Kif still bears. However, the young girl had a knack with Pokémon, like her father, and soon befriended the grumpy Persian. Her life was pretty normal and pretty happy for many years.

When Kif was 8, however, her mother betrayed her father. She cheated on him, and in response, Kfira’s father decided to go back to journeying, in order to make a living doing Contests. He did not want to leave Kfira alone with the woman who betrayed him, however, he wanted to leave. So, he decided to leave behind a very dear part of himself: Colette, the Persian who had bonded closely with his daughter. He left bitterly, leaving a very confused Kif with a very sad Persian who had promised to take care of her. Indeed, Kfira’s mother was rarely home after that, hiring new workers to tend the shop (though business was dwindling). Kif was always with Colette from that time on.

After many years of this, Kif grew exceedingly restless and rebellious. She wished to go on a journey as well, to get away from her uncomfortable home life (being an only child with parents who were rarely around), and to find her father. She wished deeply to find him, and return Colette to his side, as that is where she belonged. So, when Kif was 14, she finally convinced her mother to let her go on her journey. Well, if by “convinced” I mean that Kif stormed out of the house with Colette on her tail and a sack full of clothes. She was finally free to explore the world, without constraint, without that house in the tiny town of Mahogany that held her down. She and Colette could find her father, and be free at last… so Kif took a good bit of money and her clothes, and left home.

Well, Kif quickly found out that she wasn’t a good battler. She didn’t know what to do; however, Colette was pretty talented in her own right, and protected her trainer viciously. One of their earliest encounters with wild Pokémon was with an angry and hungry Growlithe in the plains near their home. Kif did have a couple of pokeballs, given to her by her father in case she decided to start training. Colette easily defeated the young Pokémon and Kfira caught him, and named him Leonardo. This was her first real Pokémon, and he warmed up to her quickly. The three traveled together for a long time, and eventually challenged gyms in the region. Kfira became surprisingly more skilled as time passed, and they did collect a few badges. After some time more, they started to travel to other regions, rather than remaining in Johto. Occasionally, Kif also entered her Pokémon in contests, which she had a knack for. Leonardo evolved after three years of travelling with the party, when Kif managed to find a fire stone for a reasonable price at a market. Their journey went pretty smoothly for six years.

Indeed, after about five years, Odette’s egg was born. Kfira had no idea where it came from, and still doesn’t; in fact, Leonardo and Colette bore that child together. However, the mother Persian did not get a chance to hatch it. While climbing down a mountain in Hoenn, a rock slide hit, caused by some raging Pokémon. Leonardo and Colette were climbing with Kfira, outside of their Pokeballs. The rock slide knocked the older Persian off-balance, as well as the other two. However, with a quick and young step, Leonardo managed to break Kif’s fall, though her wrist was crushed by a falling boulder. He could not help his mate, who was hit by a stone before she reached the foot of the mountain (and before he managed to get his footing). Kfira rushed to her side and Leonardo pushed away the stones, but Colette was barely breathing, and bleeding heavily. Kif began to cry, knowing there was nothing that could be done, as the Pokecenter was too far away, and probably couldn’t even heal her. Still, she picked up her dear friend’s limp body, and carried her with Leonardo’s support and quick legs to the nearest town, in spite of her aching, bleeding wrist.

Colette didn’t make it to town. Her trainer knew it as well, and Kif had to stop for a long while. She and Leonardo buried the dearest member of their team at the foot of that mountain, with a headstone that Kif spent many days carving. She felt alone, although she had Leonardo; the pokemon who she wished to take to her father was now gone, and with that, a very dear friend. The pair comforted each other, cradling Colette’s egg as they stayed their vigil for many nights. She received no treatment for her wrist, as she would not leave the foot of the mountain for several days. This would cause her wrist to have problems for the rest of her life. Eventually, Kfira resolved to move on. They still had regions to see, and a whole world to explore. Colette would come with them in spirit, she knew. And so, with tears still in their eyes, she and Leonardo continued on their journey.

About six months later, after a great labor of love on the part of both of them, Colette’s egg finally hatched. Kif had almost given up when it did, and was overjoyed. The tiny Meowth, born with bright blue kitten eyes, was just like her mother, with long fur. However, she had some dark stripes, a bit tabby-like. Still, Kif paid it no mind. She named the Meowth “Odette”, so as to tribute her mother without having too similar of a name. Leonardo was very proud, and immediately took to the child. Kif was glad, because finally, they were three again. And so, they kept on travelling.

It was some time later, probably two and a half years later, that Kfira and company came across the first Maddened Pokémon they had ever seen. Kif didn’t know how to react, as she had seen these Pokémon species before, but they looked nothing like this. She encountered a Maddened Shuckle and decided to catch it, which she did fairly easily. The Shuckle could speak, and called himself Jaser (though only upon being asked). Kif became very confused, but Jaser wasn’t much help at all, because he only spoke French. She has been lurking around the edge of the Maddened Circle since then, drawing pictures of the Maddened because well, they’re quite interesting. She’s not sure what they are, though.

Other: Kfira is a talented artist, and has several sketchbooks that she carries around. Leonardo carries most of her things. She draws Pokémon and people; in fact, at Colette’s grave, there is a picture that Kif drew, etched into stone so that it will never go away. She is still searching for her father, but she’s pretty sure she won’t find him now. Also, Kif’s left wrist is completely bummed, and causes her pain when she uses it to open doors, pick up objects, etc. It can be used fairly functionally as long as she wears the bandage, but sometimes it doesn’t completely remedy the pain. To some degree of fortune, she is ambidextrous, but that still makes it awfully hard to do some normal tasks—she hasn’t completely adjusted to the bad wrist.

Pokémon:
1.
Name: Leonardo
Age: 21
Gender: Male
Species: Arcanine

Description: Leonardo looks extremely ordinary for an Arcanine, very tall and strong with a fluffy cream mane. However, he does seem to have lighter orange fur than some others. There is a scar under his right eye that usually can’t be seen. He does wear a few accessories: a golden ring around the base of his tail, which Colette used to wear, and a single golden loop earring in his left ear. This was also Colette’s. Around his neck is a thin black cord with a few beads on it; this was given to him by Kfira.

Personality: Leonardo is a tough Pokémon with an attitude. He doesn’t particularly like having people order him around, which works out fine because his trainer doesn’t always give him orders (she isn’t very skilled). He is strong in both body and spirit, and does not back down from a challenge. However, he is also able to understand the difference between an idle threat and a serious one, and he isn’t one to lose his cool. Unlike his trainer, who became broken and sad after the death of Colette, Leonardo became cold and hard. This is why his face is always serious, and the only things that he cares for are Kfira and Odette. He has come to protect these two with all of his might, and displays exceptionally tenderness toward them. Otherwise, he is rather indifferent toward everything, and is less than prone to seek battle. He is very mature and sometimes wise, though he isn’t able to communicate very well with his trainer. He has the heart of a fighter and uses it when battle is necessary. In his years, he has become less apt to fight, but his heart is still aflame, beneath the cold exterior he wears since his mate’s death. He is very elegant at times and seems rather proper and mannerly, as best as can be told from a human perspective.

History: Leonardo wasn’t born into any real status within his pack. He was just another Growlithe, belonging to a mid-ranked mother and, of course, the alpha male. He grew up pretty normally as far as Growlithe go. One day, while he was wandering alone, looking for small prey, he encountered Kfira with Colette the Persian. Leonardo was quite hungry and hostile, and immediately thought that this human was disrupting the prey here. So, the most obvious action was for him to attack the pair. Kfira, still rather new, clumsily ordered Colette into battle. Luckily, the Persian had great skill, and managed to defeat the raging Growlithe. After making sure Colette was okay, Kfira caught her defeated opponent and named him Leonardo. She quickly took the Pokémon to the Pokecenter and, after a long time, got the strange creature to trust her.

Leonardo grew with his new trainer, becoming stronger as time wore on. He was pretty close to Colette, seeing her as his second mother—although, they were much more than that, as well. After many years of tough adventuring, Kif found a rare fire stone and Leonardo evolved into an Arcanine, being his trainer’s only official Pokémon. He became very strong, but never as strong as Colette. He eventually courted Colette, who had always captivated him. The heritage of the egg they produced remained a secret from Kfira, to prevent awkwardness, but it meant that they would leave their legacy together, as the aging Colette saw it. But then, after so many years of travelling together, Colette died. Leonardo was depressed for a long time, but he and Kfira comforted one another, and moved on despite their sadness. They still had a whole world to see, after all. Leonardo came to share Kfira’s desire to explore, to see the world, and now that he was so much larger he became a riding mount for his trainer.

It wasn’t too much later that, after much care on the part of both Kfira and Leonardo, Odette the Meowth was hatched. To Kfira, she was a memento of her father’s Pokémon; to Leonardo, she was, of course, his daughter. They take very good care of Odette, therefore, and Leonardo is especially close to her. When, in their travels, Kfira and company found a Maddened Circle, they discovered a very bizarre looking Shuckle who was very afraid of them. This made it easy for Kfira to capture the creature, as she wanted to draw it and find out what it was. Leonardo has no issue with Jaser, the Shuckle, but he doesn’t particularly like him. He is too fearful, and Leonardo does not trust his strange appearance.

Other: Leonardo usually caries Kfira and her things on his back, as he’s pretty strong. He is only in his Pokeball when he’s too large to be out. He is quite fast and elegant.

2.
Name: Odette
Age: 3
Gender: Female
Species: Meowth

Description:
Odette is fairly small, as she isn’t very old at all. She has lush, cream-colored fur; however, she also has slight, blackish tabby stripes on her back, and her fur looks orange in a certain light. As far as Meowth go, she actually has very long fur. Her eyes are big and blue, like a kitten’s, and always look fascinated. She does not ever stand on her hind legs only, as this is very unnatural for her. She is decorated with her mother’s old accessories (though she doesn’t quite know that herself): two golden bracelets, one on each forepaw, and three golden loop earrings (two in her right ear and one in her left). These are the counterparts to the single earring that Leonardo wears.

Personality: Odette is every bit her three years. She is a child still, though she spent a very long time in her egg so she is actually quite intelligent. However, she is extremely naïve; everything fascinates her. She always wants to play, explore, and run. She likes to be the center of attention, and when she’s ignored, she becomes indignant and meows a lot. In fact, she is usually pretty loud, and rather prissy at times. She likes to be clean. However, she is very kind, and doesn’t like to fight at all. She has a golden heart and no fear. Yes, despite her size, nothing frightens this little creature. She is smart, and does know when to be quiet, but she doesn’t tend to listen to anyone when shiny objects are involved. She respects her trainer and her father greatly, but sometimes when they don’t give her due attention, she’ll scratch them. She is very curious, easily distracted, and altogether quite loveable. She will cry if she’s hurt, because after all, she’s just a child.

History: Kfira’s father had a Persian, which was his prized Pokémon. When he left, he left his daughter with that Persian, because she had been best friends with it all of her life. Kfira promised herself that one day, she would find her father, and return that Persian, Colette, to her rightful owner. One day, while Kfira was asleep and the party was camping outside of their Pokeballs, Leonardo (the Arcanine) courted Colette. Sometime later, she produced an egg, which freaked Kfira out. Now, Colette was not a young Pokémon. But her egg was healthy, though Kfira couldn’t quite get it to hatch. She kept it with her, not knowing that it was Leonardo’s as well.

After Colette died, Kfira took very careful care of her egg. Leonardo was also oddly helpful, helping keep the egg warm as best as he could, as both of them hoped it would hatch. A long time passed, but just as she was about to give up hope, the child of his father’s prized Persian and her dear Arcanine hatched. Kfira has since bonded deeply with Odette, named after her mother of course. However, she intends to give the child to his father if she ever finds him, as an apology for not being able to protect his dear Persian. Leonardo isn’t quite okay with that, but he hasn’t said anything (yet?). Odette has been with Kfira all her life and would be quite protective of her, but she is still very young. She is also very close to Leonardo, who she somehow knows is her father, despite their enormous and apparent difference. She always wants to play with the newcomer, Jaser, but he’s afraid of even the tiny Meowth.

Other: Odette, like other Meowth, adores shiny objects, including money, evolutionary stones, and such. Due to her parentage, she is somewhat fiery, and naturally gives off heat. She also can develop fire-type attacks.

3.
Name: Jaser
Age: 18
Gender: Male
Species: Shuckle

Description:
In order to get a grasp on what Jaser looks like, one must imagine a Shuckle as they are normally seen: a red, vaguely circular shell riddled with large holes, surrounded in white, with squishy yellow legs and a long neck. Well, Jaser maintains his shell, which has not grown or changed externally. However, the usually squishy, tentacle-like legs of a Shuckle have become rigid and long, ending in points like spider’s legs. He can move much faster than a normal Shuckle because of this and his shell is lifted about a foot from the ground. His skin is still yellow and a bit slimy, though perhaps a slightly darker shade. There were three open holes on his back before he became a Maddened; the two nearer to his sides are still open. However, the hole directly on Jaser’s back has a yellow tendril, much like his other limbs, extending from it. It looks a bit like a tail, but the end of it is very thin and prehensile (can be used as a hand). This extra limb extends up to three feet from his shell, allowing him to easily collect berries (as he is still obsessed with them) using it. His neck is as long as his legs, just as is the case with an ordinary Shuckle. However, his head is very strange looking, with blank, black ovular eyes and semi-horns coming from just above them. These are still yellow, just like his skin. He even has a very apparent mouth, full of tiny serrated teeth (that really aren’t good for much). Two fangs on each side of his upper jaw persistently hang over onto his lower lip, but he doesn’t mind. It does give him a slightly dopey expression when combined with his completely blank eyes, though. Really, as far as Maddened go, Jaser isn’t very intimidating-looking.

Personality: Jaser is a skittish creature. His mind has been blurred and confused by the many tests placed on him, making it so that he cannot think straight or function properly. The way he reacts to different situations is completely random, though typically it involves trying to get away as fast as he can, unless it somehow reminds him of things he’s forgotten, in which case he will be quite angry and try to kill things. Sometimes, he just babbles incoherently. As though his train of thought wasn’t permanently derailed already, he is paranoid and insomniac, making him even more jittery and bizarre. Occasionally, however, he is able to calm down and relax for a moment, ignoring his paranoia. When he calms down, it becomes apparent that Jaser doesn’t care about much, and is a very idle creature. He likes to just sit around and munch on berries, and not be bothered. Usually, he’s more afraid than idle, though. He doesn’t really hate anything except the scientists who took him away and has no issue with other Pokémon or trainers, once he stops being so entirely afraid of them.

History: Jaser was a normal Shuckle, who did normal Shuckle things. He lived under a large rock out by the Dark Cave in Jhoto, where he had easy access to all the berries a Shuckle could want. He never worried much about trainers, because many trainers never made it to the Blackthorn City side of the Dark Cave. In fact, he didn’t know what a trainer was for the longest time. He just knew that he was a pretty happy Shuckle. Well, after living the majority of his life in the wilds, a trainer eventually found him. Jaser freaked out, and tried to get away, but he wasn’t very fast. The trainer who caught him was actually a scientist studying the berry juices produced by Shuckle shells. He kept him Jaser in a lab, but took relatively good care of him. Jaser was happy enough as long as he had berries, so he didn’t complain. In fact, he came to really like the lab, and the scientist who cared for him.

However, after some time of this, Jaser’s scientist lost his lab, and the rights to all the Pokémon within it. He didn’t do anything wrong, per say, but his license was revoked and his Pokémon, which actually encompassed various species who might have medicinal properties (such as Combee for their honey). These Pokémon were secretly taken to Uler’s labs, where they were experimented upon. Jaser, too, lost most of his memory, but he remembered a few, tiny things: berries, berry juice, honey, medicine, and scientists. He did love his scientist, and now harbors a hate for the people who took him away. He won’t go completely mad at the mention of berries, but berry juice, medicine, and honey set him off. Either way, Jaser became fearful as he became mad. He didn’t remember anything. After a while, a Smart Maddened set several other Pokémon in the lab free. Jaser, using his new, fast legs, also escaped. He was hiding along the edge of the Maddened Circle when he was found and captured by a very curious Kfira. He doesn’t hate Kfira or her Pokémon, but he is very skittish still.

Other: Jaser speaks Pokémon and for no apparent reason French. He will usually kill scientists from Uler’s labs if he sees them, as he hates them for taking away his kind scientist (though he doesn’t quite know that). He’s still obsessed with berries, but freaks out when the things his scientist studied are mentioned.

Special traits: Jaser has sharp teeth, quite unlike his species. He also has rigid, spiderlike legs which allow him quicker movement. He has an extra appendage that functions as a prehensile tail or elephant’s trunk, able to extend up to three feet and hold onto very small items. Oddly enough, Jaser’s shell produces not just healing berry juice, but a rather potent medicine (perhaps a side effect of the earlier research done on him). However, good luck getting close enough to harvest it.

Type: Fearful Maddened (he is quite a bit more mutated than some Fearfuls, but whatever.)
Mental state: 4

Kif: I like her. Very nice. Her history makes me sad. I'm going to attempt not to anger her in this. Seems she's been through enough. (starts laughing evilly) Ok maybe not. I can't say anything is wrong with it... So, yes. Acceptable... That doesn't really even describe it...

Leonardo: Another Arcanine? Alright, why not? He's not a Maddened after all. He seems very strong, and useful. You need useful with those other two. Accepted.

Odette: DAAAWWWW. She's adorable! I love her. She's so incredibly USELESS! You are going to need some help in fights. Otherwise, Accepted. DAAAWWWW!

Jaser: Of all the Maddeneds out there, you pick a Shuckle. A flipping Shuckle. You are very, very strange. At the same time, I love him. He is adorable, and yet I am scared to look at him. I want to make a trail of grapes into a pit... Maybe that's a creative way to catch this guy... Anyway, I like him too. Accepted.

Over all, Accepted. Enough said. This isn't even fair, I wanted to critique you. Darn. Oh well...

SHUCKLE!

Here it is!!

Name: Derek
Age: 18
Gender: Male

Description:
Derek stands at a very average five foot eleven with a long and lanky build, but don't take his skinniness for weakness. His is very muscled under his tanned and taunt skin. He has a few scars on his hands from years of fishing, and his nails are short and a bit chipped in places for the same reason. His hair is a beautiful shade of sun kissed blonde and it's short and mess just falling above his eyebrows. His almond shaped eyes are a striking green with flecks of gold in them. His nose is sharp and defined with thin but very kissable lips.

As far as clothes go, he likes to wear a pair of faded out ripped to shreds blue jeans. He pairs this with combat boots and a dirty black wife-beater. Around his neck is a Sharpedo tooth that his dad gave to him after one if his long fishing trips when Derek was still young. He is always seen with his Super Rod slung over his muscled shoulder, a final gift from his father as he left on his journey.

Personality: Derek is a fisherman, so he has to have a lot of patience. He can wait for hours without a single bite on his line and still not be bored. He is very relaxed for just about everything. The only thing that really sets him off is girls. He is terrified of them, especially the pretty ones. Growing up in a small town he didn't really get much experience with girls. In fact, he hasn't even had his first kiss! Of course he's nice to them, he just stutters and sweats a lot.

Another one of his awkward traits is that he likes to tell jokes. Unfortunately, they are really bad. When he tells a joke, everyone within hearing distance slaps a hand to their forehead, but he is completely oblivious to his horrible joke tell and just keeps on going. Derek is an all around typical nice guy. He opens doors for people, and even though his niceness is seen as naivety, he really has the best intentions.

History: Derek was born into a family of fishermen. His father would go out during the day to fish, and his mother would stay at home to take care of him and cook the fish when his father comes home. Once he was old enough, he would go out with his father to help him with the work. Derek quickly fell in love with fishing. He adored everything about it. He spent the majority of his childhood like this. On his fifteenth birthday, he decided to announce to his family that he was going on a journey to fulfill his lifelong dream. His dream to travel the world and fish at every lake, creek, and ocean he can find. His father was pleased with his announcement and wished him luck on his journey. Receiving his first poke’mon, Jack, he set out on his journey.

Three years pass with nothing interesting, he catches the rest of his party that he has currently. His main goal of fishing everywhere in the world is never forgotten even though he was supposed to be battling gym leaders and gaining badges. Even though he has spent much time traveling, he has not earned a single badge. Currently he is residing in Celedon city for a quick break and rest at the local poke'mon center.

Other: Derek likes candy, and he always carries a bag of it around him. Not only for his tasty enjoyment, but to also control Jack,(his Gengar), when he has gone on a rampage.

Pokémon:

Name: Abby
Age: 2
Gender: Female
Species: Spheal

Description: Abby is small for a Spheal. While most are about the size of a beach ball, Abby is barely as big as a basket ball. She’s this small because she is so young. Her belly is light beige in color while the rest of her tiny body is an adorable shade of baby blue with small white speckles scattered over it. Her cheeks are always puffed out with just a hint of small fangs poking out at the bottom. Atop her head are two sparkly round eyes, that would make even the toughest of Onix find her adorable.

Personality: Even though Abby is just a baby her personality is huge. She gives truth to the phrase “big things come in small packages.” She is always very bubbly and optimistic. The world absolutely fascinates her and she can’t wait to explore it. She makes friends very easily and is extremely attached to Derek. She rarely rides in her poke’ball as she prefers to perch herself on either Derek’s head or shoulders.

History:
Derek found Abby as a newly born pup in an ice cave he was exploring. Her mother had been killed by a poacher and she was too young to survive on her own and was very close to dying. Derek decided to nurse the adorable Spheal back to health. She made a quick and speedy recovery, and she sees Derek as her mother because her eyes had still not opened when he found her, so he was the first thing she saw when they opened.

Other: One of Abby’s white speckles is in the shape of a heart.

Name: Jack (the Ripper)
Age: Unknown
Gender: Male
Species: Gengar

Description: Jack looks nothing like a normal Gengar. Due to him being a Maddened, he has many unique qualities. He is larger than average Gengar. Jack stands at a hulking five foot two. His spikes on top of his head are longer than normal and curved back slightly, giving him a slick, evil look. His hands and feet have longer claws, and his normally short stubby tail is now about three feet long with two spikes sticking out of the end.

Jack’s most unusual quality though, is that his third eye is open constantly and it is solid red with now pupil. His eyes are completely blacked out and slightly more slanted giving him a very creepy appearance, sending chills down most spines. Jack’s teeth are sharpened and elongated; he drools from time to time depending on his mood.

Personality: Jack has a very murderous and bloodthirsty personality. He doesn’t really care what others think about him, and if someone tries to order him around, it just pisses him off. He has no respect for anyone unless they gain it, which is very hard to do. Some of Jack’s favorite past times include going on destructive rampages and bullying other poke’mon. He speaks poke’mon quite well, and the only other languages that he knows is English, but he only knows curse words, which he uses quite often because he loves offending people.

History: Jack was always a very mischievous Gengar even before he became Maddened. He lived in the haunted tower in Lavender town, scaring any travelers that came through. Soon though, Jack became bored with the mundane day to day scaring of travelers. He decided he would leave the tower and try to find other adventures of terror to entertain him. Unfortunately his adventure didn’t last long, as shortly after his departure from the tower; he was captured by Nau and turned into a Maddened.

This didn’t really bother Jack much; he liked the extra power although he didn’t notice his personality growing slightly darker and eviler. He didn’t stay in the laboratory very long as he didn’t like people constantly trying to order him around, so one day he rampaged out of the laboratory to find his freedom. He traveled until eventually he found himself at the residence of a crazy old lady who seemed to worship his existence. Jack liked this so he decided to stay with the lady. Sadly, his madness would periodically consume him and he would destroy things. The old woman couldn’t handle it, so she sent him to her nephew as she said. He really didn’t care it was time for a change anyways.

Derek doesn’t know much about what happened to Jack before he got him. Derek has a crazy distant aunt that was very interested in the occult and things of that nature. She would always send him weird things for his birthdays like shrunken heads and magic potions. On his 15th birthday, (the day of the start of his journey), she sent him a poke’ball along with a letter that said the following:

Dear Derek,
Happy Birthday! I’m so proud that you are starting your journey today. I’ll be doing chants and rituals for you to have good fortune on your journey. Encased in the poke’ball that came with this letter is a Gengar that I have named Jack the Ripper. Isn’t that such a cute name! He’s a little bit too rowdy for my old bones, so I thought you could take care of him now. Be careful though! He’s very special.
Love, Auntie

Derek didn’t really know what to think about this strange gift, since he had never even met his crazy Aunt yet she kept sending him gifts every year. He didn’t know what else to do but to let the Gengar out of the ball. He tossed it into the air and released Jack. Upon seeing his gruesome appearance, Derek let out a shriek and stood frozen in fear. His parents took a similar stance. Jack surveyed the room of screaming humans and proceeded to go on a rampage and take out the living room wall. It took five hours to retrieve him.

Other: Jack likes to be told horror stories as he looks up to the murderous villains in these stories. Some of his favorites are of Bloody Mary and of course Jack the Ripper. If left alone in a bathroom you could find him staring into the mirror in the dark chanting “Bloody Mary, Bloody Mary.” One of his dreams is to met this terrifying woman. Surprisingly, Jack likes candy, especially when he steals it from children.

Special traits: His elongated tail can be used for a whip. His opened third eye gives him a boost in his psychic powers, and his claws are good for slashing.

Type:
Blood thirsty Maddened
Mental state: 3

Name: George
Age: 3
Gender: Male
Species: Magikarp

Description: There really isn’t anything special about George. He has bright orange scales, and pretty fins that like that flap and splash just as much as any other Magikarp. Only problem is George is doubly more annoying than most of his kind. He has two heads. Yes two heads. Well, really it just looks like a Magikarp with another head sprouting out of it.

Personality:
George is just like any other Magikarp, stupid and useless. Honestly he’s kind of mentally retarded. It’s hard to imagine that you can split the already small brain cell count of a normal Magikarp between two heads. This makes George REALLY retarded. Actually his only use is that he can swim you places. Only problem is that he’s really small, and his heads get confused on where they are going. This makes him swim in a zigzag pattern that would make even the most experience seamen sick. Therefore, George is pretty much useless.

History: Derek caught his Magikarp three years ago in a random lake that he came upon early in his travels. He noticed there was something odd about the lake; it was slightly greenish in color, and there was a strange sort of factory nestled by the lake. Even though it looked a bit foreboding, Derek would not let something that was slightly scary come in the way of his dream, so he got his trusty rod and reel and dropped cork, ready for anything.

Many hours past and he had almost given up hope and was about to declare this lake barren when suddenly his rod bent forward. He had a bite! What kind of unique poke’mon would he pull out of this strange environment? He could tell it was getting close to the top when he saw a flash of orange. This made his hopes sink as he realized it was just a dumb Magikarp.

Slowing down on his fevered reeling, Derek had lost all of his excitement and was ready to just throw this useless poke’mon back and get on his marry way. He pulled the Magikarp ashore and noticed something odd about it. IT HAD TWO HEADS!!!! He immediately grew excited again, no one had ever heard of a two headed Magikarp! With this rare find, he knew he had to catch it. This was a very easy task, since it was a Magikarp. With the poke’ball his hand, Derek stated, “I shall call you, George.” Thus Derek and George magical journey began.

Other: Not even Derek can tell if one of George’s heads is smarter than the other, there are both pretty much equally retarded.

**Note: I know your distaste for two headed creatures, but him being two-headed does not enhance his abilities. Really it's just for comic relief.**

Name: Gunner
Age: 7
Gender: Male
Species: Pidgeotto

Description:
Gunner is an average size for a Pidgeotto he stands at about three feet tall. His feathers are tan in color with his belly and chest being white along with the tips of his wings. His sharp eyes are surrounded by black. On top of his head are five feathers that go down his neck and then a few curl around his face like hair. His beak is a light pick as are his feet. His talons are sharp and shiny. He also likes to wear a pare of cool guy sunglasses as he thinks they make him look like a leader.

Personality: Gunner is the cool guy of group. His slick backed feathers on his head and the way he holds himself say it all. He wants nothing more than to be fawned over by all the pretty girl Pidgeottos. Unfortunately, his cool attitude can also translate to being carefree and a bit lazy. He sometimes just won’t listen to any of Derek commands. He sees himself as the leader of the group of poke’mon (except for Jack).

History: Derek received Gunner in a very hilarious way. One day while letting his poke’mon out for a bit or air, his Magikarp, George, was out for a very retarded swim. He was flopping this way and that way, the two heads fighting over which way to swim when suddenly a shadow appeared in the sky. A Pidgeotto swooped down from the clouds and snatched up poor George planning on making a meal out of him. Derek suddenly screamed, “Hey that’s my two-headed Magikarp!! Give it back!” He sent Jack after the thieving Pidgeotto and quickly defeated it and proceeded to capture it.

Other: Gunner is extremely afraid of coo-coo clocks. He thinks that the little Pidgey that's coming out of it was trapped by an evil clock maker.

Reserving this sounds, as I would say, amazingly awesome. Here's what I have so far:
--------------------------------------------------------------
Name: Elias "Eli" Scottenheimer
Age: 22
Gender: Male
Description: Eli is a rather lanky middle aged man, about 5'11" with a lean build. For his height he's slightly underweight weighing only about 134 lbs., he's obviously from these statistics alone neither fat, nor particularly muscular, just very thin. Elias has Brown corkscrew curls that go to about shoulder length, and usually cover up his eyes, which happen to be a forest green color. While Eli is supposed to wear Glasses in order to see distance properly, it is an object the young man almost never wears on his face. In addition his eyes are always about half open, for a reason not even Eli knows. It does give him quite a bit of a stoner look however. While Eli may lack in brawn, his speed is astounding, and can usually outrun just about anybody in a sprint.

Eli's clothes show his slightly Patrician-like nature. He wears a Black long sleeved button down shirt that has an army green sports jacket over it. Depending on the temperature outside, the jacket is either totally off, un-buttoned, or buttoned halfway. It is never buttoned to the top under any circumstances. His pants are classy, dull brown dress pants, which obviously don't fit him. The pants are held up by not a belt though, but a pair of suspenders that go under his shirt. To top this all off, he wears brown cocktail party shoes, which at the same time are slip-ons, very handy and low maintenance indeed.

Personality: Eli is egotistical. That's an easy way to sum up most of his personality in one sentence. While he's mature in some respects, Eli is one person who never seemed to get over his childhood pride. While, this could ruinous to a team, Eli's loud nature and creativity in a situation makes him an excellent storyteller. Especially when it comes to stretching the truth of his own escapades. Not only that, but the man's way to work a crowd is unbelievable, it could be said that Elias was a born politician, and he knows this all too well. For a long time, Eli has always thought that, he should have some sort of political power, just to in his own words "Drive the World in a better direction." At least, a direction he feels is right, maybe not so much the case for everyone else.

Yet, behind the ego, and all the humor it might hold, there does lie a serious man. While he's not one to judge a person based on looks, Eli does have a way of thinking about people, where he only respects somebody once certain, but rather vague criteria are met. The thing he hates most are idiots, which in his terms is anybody stupider than him. This would be a hard fence to jump, as Elias has genius level IQ, and a tactician's mind. If you can beat him in these respects you'll gain his respect. While this is problematic in almost any other case, Eli likes to retain the politeness that comes with being high class, and would never say his candid opinions on people without being pushed to the edge.

Eli has his own brand of humor, he is slightly cynical in the way he uses sarcasm frequently and twists the words that somebody is saying. Even if this can sometimes result in him being the only one laughing. On the other end of the emotional spectrum, Elias has a short fuse, which is blown easily by a person doing something idiotic. Despite the fact that, others may consider his own antics just the same. While he doesn't have much in the way of power, Eli is never afraid to show his iron lungs off. Overall, the man is an emotional train wreck; it seems that every feeling that comes from him is amplified tenfold. While he would be a brilliant, iron willed, leader to any person he meets, Eli's own Ego and judgmental nature prove to be his own downfall.

History: Elias Scottenheimer was born in Goldenrod city, Johto, a bustling metropolis where his Mother and Father were two of the richest folk in town. His mother and Father gave him freedom to do whatever he wanted as long as it was within the major laws of the nation, of course. It was from this that Eli grew into a life of privilege, Video Games, his own computer and TV; nothing seemed to be out of grasp. All the while, oddly staying true to his religion, Judaism, something he defends devoutly even to this day. It is only a miracle that Eli did not become a spoiled brat through all of this. People from his youth still wonder how somebody like him emerged from the overflow of materialism that populated Elias's youth. Possibly, even Eli himself, looking back doesn't know.

However, something was missing from Eli's life, he had most anything material, yet in the stereotypical manner of the rich and wealthy, he lacked friends. His intelligence and cash were not enough to win over people he could really trust. More importantly, his Ego didn't make him too smooth with the Ladies. This general hate brought forth is biased view of people. Basically in his mind, Eli decided at a young age that if the people would hate him, he would hate the people. With this, his respect system established in the young boy's head, never to leave. At age 11 Eli went out into the world to become trainer. After all, when he was young, the only people he saw as strong willed and competent on the television, were trainers. It was only right that Elias himself should become one of their ranks.
Eli, using his strategic prowess, fired off win after win. He collected a great number of gym badges and gathered a specialized team of Pokémon. After travelling the world of Johto and Kanto for 7 years, he decided to challenge the Elite 4, only to be stopped by Karen. Defeated, yet not broken. Eli swore to join the ranks of the elite four. He spend 4 more years training and perfecting strategies to take each one of them down before hearing of the crazed madman, Uler. Rather than stop Uler for a love of Pokémon, Eli wanted to take out Uler for the very same reason Uler went insane, to gain glory and prestige. What’s more is that Eli was going to stop Uler with his own twisted creation, the Maddened.

Other: Eli has smoked weed several times in his life, though he tells no one. Afraid it will ruin his almighty image.

Pokémon:
Name: Basilisk
Age: 28
Gender: Male
Species: Salamance
Description: The remaining piece of his Shelgon shell spreads out more under his body, while the red underside of his neck extends to the point where it touches the shell. The spikes on Basilisk's face are a bit sharper and more extended, curving backwards slightly.

Personality: Basilisk is exactly what you DON'T think of when you hear the word "Salamance" Basilisk is a pacifist. Hating the idea of fighting, Basilisk is a docile Pokémon, who while undoubtedly the strongest in power on the team. Is rarely even seen in a fight. Basilisk though, if the going get rough, and is absolutely needed in a fight, shows off how obedient he is. Basilisk is slightly intelligent, and can read Eli like a glove based upon his face only. While Basilisk’s lack of fighting angers Eli considerably, the two share an important bond, and are always seen as inseparable.

History: As a child, Eli sometimes grew quite lonely, seeing this, his parents decided to get him an exotic pet. Enter Basilisk the then Bagon. Entering the scene when Eli was in 3rd Grade, the two became inseparable allies, always. Yet, Basilisk's high life of the rich was about to go in an opposite direction when, after evolving into Shelgon, Eli decided to become a trainer. After his first fight, Basilisk found out what pain was like, and put his foot down. He wanted no part of battling unless absolutely necessary. Eli, though reluctantly, complied, yet still kept Basilisk out of the Pokeball at all times, why? Because, he looks intimidating! He is the oldest member of the team, even though he was the very last to achieve his final form.
Other: Official founder and only member of “Basilisk Airways”.

Name: Duce
Age: Unknown
Gender: Male
Species: Toxicroak
Description: His poison claws are duller. Yet are a brighter hue of red. This makes them a bit more better suited to stabbing rather than slashing. His eyes are a bit glazed over, while the growith on his back is longer and flatter, going down to about the middle of his spine.

Personality: Duce is the Second Pokémon Eli had obtained before had become a trainer, and is undoubtedly the most Violent out of his entire team. Duce is vulgar, tough, and battle ready. Unlike his almost mirror image, Basilisk. Duce is named what he is named due to his uncanny habit of treating his Poison Claws like his middle fingers, thus, when Duce is about to go down, he lets the opponent know "Eff off". Duce is such a violent and wild Pokémon, that he is known to just punch people randomly, simply to show his brawn. Eli often says to him, “Why aren’t YOU one of the Maddened?!”

History: Found in his Parent's backyard Marsh, Duce started out as a tormenting Croagunk to Eli, sometimes attacking him when he approached. Yet, one fateful day, these two became unlikely allies when a bigger, badder Pokémon, a Dorapion tried to take over the pond. Eli and Duce eventually drove him off, and, Duce became sort of a Second pet of Eli's. Unlike Basilisk, Duce grew fond of battles after Eli became a trainer, because of his early history with Eli, and this unbreakable battling will. Duce became, and still is, THE most used Pokémon on Eli's team.

Other: Obviously named after the famed double duce.

Name: Panzer
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Species: Blastoise
Description:Slightly Larger with Heavier cannons than a Normal Blastoise, Panzer's Cannons can fire More Water at once at a higher Pressure causing more Knockback for the enemy, and sometimes more damage. His Shell is a bit softer though.

Personality: While his name comes from a Powerful German Tank, Panzer is anything but, he is paranoid, and while powerful, usually to psyched out to unleash it. Sudden noises, like Thunder, Car Alarms and the sound of something breaking cause Panzer to go into a frenzy, blasting Water and Ice everywhere, Eli has tried several times to cure this, but to no avail. The only thing that really causes Panzer to fight is when he is hurt, and then his entire mind flips, and goes berserk. Not stopping his onslaught until the Foe is crushed. Because of this, Panzer is rarely let outside of his Pokeball out of battles, but is a common sight when fighting in them.

History: Eli got Panzer in a trade with a Gambler in Vermillion, trading his Grovyle for a Wartortle, thinking it was fair, it wasn't long before Eli found that he had traded up his noble Grovyle for a Dysfunctional Wartortle, yet it only took a weak before Eli saw that Panzer really did have incredible strength. So he decided that Panzer was great for Battles, and that's it. Like Duce, and later down the road, Queenie, Panzer's rapid use in fights caused him to level up, and evolve very fast.

Name: Queenie
Age: 17
Gender: Female
Species: Granbull
Description: Queenie's two lower teeth are shorter, but sharper, the size reduction greatly helps when trying to bite something. Her ears are droopier, and the two circles on her "collar" are noticeably a bit more octogonal than circular.

Personality: Not even Eli can tell what sort of life Queenie had before he took her in. The quiet one on the team, Queenie is an excellent and diciplined scrapper. However, outside of the battle she is a bit less interactive, only showing much notice to Eli, and Duce, who is known to spar with her. Queenie barks ferociously at anyone she doesn't know or trust, but never attacks unless given the order by Eli. Overall, she is as normal as it gets on Eli's team, as far as natural pokemon go, that is.

History: It can be assumed that Queenie grew up in the Slums of Celadon, because that's where she was found by Eli and Basilisk one morning. Because the Pokémon had no home, Eli saw it as a potential ally and fed her some food, from his Hotel's Continental Breakfast. Like most dogs, this act of kindness got her attached to Eli. And quickly proved herself to be a spectacular battler, possibly because she had lived the wild life herself. With her frequent use, it was not time before the young Snubull became a powerful Granbull, and a fixture in the attacking force of Eli's team.

Name: Constantius
Age: 18
Gender: Male
Species: Breloom
Description: Constantius has one change that is strikingly powerful to look at. His four arms. Yes, two extra three clawed arms have grown right out from under his usual ones. His height is close to Eli's and while still retaining his natural agility, Constantius is considerably bulkier. His once green plant coat has now wilted into a brownish black, stained under his mushroom cap by olive green spores. Speaking of the mushroom cap, growing from the two "eyes" adorned atop it are a single horn for each. While not large or particularly useful. They seem to be just a random mutation.

Constantius is covered in spore colonies growing all across his bodies, they appear as red blister like formations on his chest, but are really tightly packed concentrated areas of spores that have grown attached to his skin. Every so often, the highly toxic spores may expel themselves off his body, inhaling one of these concentrated spheres can potentially lead to a quick death.

Personality: Constantius is a brilliant Maddened, having an IQ rivaling that of a genius human. He is very rational and serious for a Pokemon who is insane. While Constantius respects Eli for his smarts, he usually has no time for his shinannegans, and gets easily annoyed when his trainer's Ego takes over. Constantius enjoys his independence from Eli, sure, but at the same time, he is determined to take out the the scientists who did this to him just as much as Elias. Thus, Constantius doesn't call the teenager his "Trainer" but instead his "Partner". Indeed, Constantius sees Eli as an ally, and is usually at times acts as an aide to his plans. Constantius snaps upon excessive stress, usually that caused by continuous noise, or anything else that stops his train of thought. Upon this happening, he only reverts to normal upon Eli shoving smelling-salts in his face.

History: Constantius does not no any of his history prior to being tested on. The genetic alterations by the one who had captured him, Timothy Nau, were life changing. He spend only a few months in the lab after the mutations were over. After which, a fanatical, militant Hinduist group raided the lab and took Constantius, who had by now given himself that name. The Hindus thought the Constantius was an Avatar of Vinishu, due to his being extra armed, and treated him like a god. For 3 years, Constantius led the Hindus across the landscape of Kanto, freeing all Maddeneds they encountered. In return the Hindus taught him to speak Hindi, and learned the way to snap Constantius out of his psychotic state was via Smelling-salts. However, him and his little army were crushed when Uler's men raided their camp one night. Constantius escaped, as well as many other members of the group, but they all spread in different directions in the chaos, never to reband.

Constantius found Eli when foraging in Viridian Forest. Eli, seeing Constantius was a maddened with actual wits, told him of his mission to stop Uler. Constantius agreed and was never really caught by Eli, instead he merely allied and traveled with him, going with the idea of "An enemy of my Enemy is my friend."

Special traits: His Four arms provide obvious benefits when fighting. However, it is hard for Constantius to co-ordinate all four arms at once, and usually only can use three at the same time. The poison concentrated spores are another, however, Constantius cannot control when he expells them, so they are more like a random danger than an attack.

He speaks fluent English, with a heavy British accent, and excellent Hindi.

Type: Smart, nay, Genius Maddened
Mental state: 8.5

Derek:
This is all together all right. This guy will probably have trouble, seeing that this is an all female group as of right now. The only complaint I have is that it is a bit short for my taste. History bring the main one. I have a thing for paragraphs, and one of the "paragraphs" you gave was a sentence. If you lengthen this, I would say it is acceptable.

Abby:
Adorable. Who doesn't like having a baby Pokemon around? This will serve well as a weak link in your group. Acceptable.

Jack The Ripper:

His history is longer than Derek's... I see no problem here. I like the way you made him Mad. The features are good and he seems well fit to be a Bloodthirsty Maddened. Acceptable.

George:
This is the most useless Pokemon I think I have ever heard of before inn my life. First off, its a Magikarp, which means it can only use splash, and if you're super lucky, tackle. Second, you made it even more retarded, I don't know if its humanly possible, but whatever. Third, two heads. This I have to call a special case. If this thing was the most useless Pokemon I've seen in a while, I would be mad about the two heads. Since it is a Magikarp, Acceptable.

Gunner:
Nice choice of name. I like the random Coo-coo clocks thing. I like the idea of a Pidgeotto wanting to be cool as well. This one is also acceptable.

Overall, with the lengthening of the history a bit, this will be accepted.

Aurawolfe:

Your sign-up is accepted when you make your change on the Maddened.

Drifblim25 and Krug:

I am requiring RPG samples to reserve. Though, I wouldn't be worried. There seem to be plenty of spots left. Thanks for the compliments.

Pokemon Petter
Here is my sign up, I hope you like it.

Name: Tyler (Ty)

Age: 18

Gender: Male

Description: Ty is average in height, standing at about 5’3’’. His hair, blond in color, is constantly falling over his eyes, which he constantly brushes out the way. This is a habit of his that seems off while he is painting. His eyes are a deep, piercing, blue, and they often seem to look right through you. There is a certain hard look about them, as if they are guarding something. If someone isn't disconcerted by his personality, his eyes reinforce it enough to make them leave him alone. His has only slightly tanned skin and no freckles, with generally no blemishes of any kind.

Ty prefers to wear simple clothing. His outfit usually consists of a regular red t-shirt with the image of a paintbrush on it, a pair of black, muddy trainers, and light blue jeans with a hole in one knee. This tends to make him less memorable so that people who have once met him tend to not recognize him. He wears a simple blue cap with no graphics on it, often turned backwards due to it slipping round his head, although he usually tries to have it facing forward. He also wears a bright yellow armband that he is very fond of. He refers to it as his “lucky” armband. It is unknown where he obtained this armband and its significance (HINT HINT!). His pajamas also consist of a plain white vest and blue pajama pants.

His backpack is also a plain blue and he always carries a notebook in it along with other drawing materials. He does not forget essential items either and brings at least 6 potions at all times.

Personality: Ty is what you would call a loner, often seeking to be by himself rather than in the company of others. He often avoids conversation, answering bluntly in a way that may seem rude to some. In a situation where someone is trying to befriend him, be it a complete stranger or a neighbor that he has not really met, he will brush them off quickly. People tend to stay away from him anyway after seeing his personality. He also is generally distant toward Pokémon, although he makes an exception for Wy. However he never atually means to be mean and often helps people when such a situation arises. This is something that will strengthen his will to face Jacob Uler

He is an artist, proffessionally so, and can often be seen sitting alone in a corner buried in his notebook. He paints and sketches contantly and is not afraid to show his work. He is not really ever a show- off about his paintings and is open to criticism. There are a few of his works that hang in museums across the Sinnoh region, but he has yet to become popular in Kanto. However he is famed only by the art community and a passerby generally does not know who he is. This is fine with him, it avoids unwanted attention. He is also known to brush hair off his forehead while he is painting, which some remark upon as odd.

History: Ty was born in Canalave City in the Sinnoh region. At three years old Ty was given a Wailmer he named Wy. This is the Pokémon he grew up with and loved. Around other children, Ty found himself spacing from them, as if he could not join them in their groups. He found companionship in art, which he often found at the Canalave library. He met many other artists from the world, publishing their work in books that filled the shelves.

At 10 Ty decided he would go on a Pokémon journey. He had enough of hom, which is very old to him. He visited Iron Island where he met Zy before he traveled the whole of Sinnoh. He met a great many artists from across the region and his art earned some fame among the art community. Later he traveled a small part of Hoenn, where he only visited Petalburg and its woods where he was inspired by its mystery. This was also when he met Sy. 8 years after he started his journey he found himself in the Kanto region. He never defeated Pokémon gyms or contests, he rather painted and drew and showcased his art around the region.

His most famous painting was done one day when he was 15, sitting on Wy at Lake Acuity. A small Pokemon, he said, rose out of the lake and flew around with grace. He was instantly inspired to draw it, resulting in a drawing he calls 'Grace of Snow'. He currently is residing on Cinnabar Island, where he recently discovered the plot of Jacob Uler. Scientists at Cinnabar have discovered many, and entrusted a maddened Gliscor to him. He seeks a reason for why these strange Pokemon are appearing.

Other: Ty dislikes humor in general. However he is known to crack up at the sight of a clown. Most think this is very strange.

Pokémon:

Name: Wy

Age: 18

Gender: Male

Species: Wailmer

Description: Wy has a round, plump shape like most Wailmers. Its blue body shines in the sunlight and often inspires Ty to paint. Its large, round, cream colored belly gives it a look of warmth and friendliness.

Personality: Wy is a very friendly Wailmer that befriends easily almost any Pokémon. He is what you would call a negotiator, one who makes sure everyone is happy. He loves his trainer, but is sometimes appalled at his inability to communicate with anyone. He often apologizes for anything Ty does that could be taken as an offense, which he does constantly. Ty keeps it away from gym bttles so that it will not jump in and ask what caused the conflict between the two. He is the only one who can calm down Ky in a rampage enough to be returned to its Pokeball.

Wy has alot of sympathy for all of Ty's other Pokemon. He wishes Ty would show a bit more kindness to Sy, whom he sees as a little kid. He feels the pain of Zy for feeling like he cannot ever beat a Fire type. He also feels the pain of Ky, who has been turned evil out of its own will and regected by the girl who once loved him. This all said, Wy is very sympathetic to anyone, something that ensures he never takes sides in a fight. This is why he is an uncommon sight in a battle because he des not understand why he should fight anyone.

History: Ty was given Wy as a young boy after his father’s Wailord hatched and egg. Living in Canalave City, Wy was let out to swim in the canal running through the middle, where Ty often would sit on its back, drawing pictures. When Ty went on his journey, Wy was his transportation over sea. He often saw violent battes between Pokemon and is unable to comprehend that they are doing it for sport. This caused him to not battle a lot, although he can if his trainer convinces him (painstakingly).

Other: Wy shares its masters humor for clowns. He is also the only Wailmer in history that would be likened to a psychologist.

Name: Sy

Age: 13

Gender: Male

Species: Seedot

Description: Sy is a regular, acorn shaped, Seedot. His eyes often have a mischievous glint in them. He also wears a green scarf slightly below its eyes that it refuses to take off even for a second.

Personality: Sy is a complete joker, jumping around and making people laugh. It is very good natured and doesn’t like playing pranks. Its humor comes from telling jokes to Pokémon, making funny faces, or doing hilarious antics. Many who have met Ty remember Sy more than him, because they are polar opposites in personality. While Ty sits in the corner with his sketchbook, Sy will be bouncing around with the local Pokemon, be it wild or trained, and having a great time. His humor is appreciated by people who are feeling down, and he has been known to make many a great blues player turn their career to pop.

It makes an exception on its pranking rules for Ty, who it dislikes due to his lack of humor. It often makes Ty the subject of endless pranking with no mercy. Of all his Pokemon, Sy dislikes Ty even more than Ky, and he is a Maddened. Ty in turn shows no respect to Sy, yet has not traded it or released it for the two years he has owned it.

History: Sy was caught while Ty was making a drawing of Petalburg Woods in his brief journey to Hoenn. He was sketching the trees when Sy jumped out and did its favorite joke, one where it dressed up as a Lotad and danced around. When it got no laughs, it was surprised because the Wild Pokémon loved this joke in particular. It continued to try jokes until it stole Ty’s Pokeball and captured itself by mistake. Since then it has hated Ty but enjoyed telling its jokes to Pokémon around the world.

Sy has only journeyed with Ty for two years, and since discovering the Maddened, Sy is very hateful of their creation due to them not beng able to find the humor in life anymore. Sy hopes to cure them of this with a huge prank on whomever is proved to be their creator.

Other: Sy is afraid of clowns.

Name: Zy

Age: 16

Gender: Genderless

Species: Bronzong

Description: Zy, like most Bronzongs, has a shiny blue exterior and a strange pattern across the front. Its arms, upon closer inspection, are covered in scratch marks. It floats a little higher in the air than most Bronzongs.

Personality: Zy is a proud fighter, and the powerhouse of Ty’s team. It battles constantly and makes itself appear stronger than others at any given time. When it is faced with an equal or more powerful foe it immediately summons great strength to take them down. However it is tactical in battling strategy and knows full well how to take advantage of the weaknessess/ resistances spectrum.

It makes instant decisions on whose side it is on, and stays on that side until the end. This is often a disadvantage if Ty decides to pair up with a trainer they have batted before, because Zy will continue to attack it, not accepting that it has changed sides. This causes problems with Ky, who Zy will not team up with in battle. Also it fears that Ky is mor powerful than it due to it being Maddened. Ty uses it whenever he has to fight, and it has inspired him for many battle paintings. It attacks any Fire type Pokémon.

History: Zy was trained at Iron Island, where Ty eventually caught him. After losing a battle against a trainer’s Arcanine, it vowed it would become strong enough to defeat any fire types. Once it evolved it challenged the trainer again and defeated the Arcanine. However it still resents all Fire type Pokémon. Of course this is very biased, but it is Zy's way of life.

Throughout Ty's travels Zy has many times proved itself to be powerful, more so than many a battle centered trainers Pokemon. It once defeated half of Blaine's, Cinnabar Gym Leader's, entire team. The fact that it wasn't the whole team strengthened its resolve to become stronger.

Other: None

Name: Ky

Age: 17

Gender: Female

Species: Gliscor

Description: Ky looks like a regular Gliscor for the most part but there are many significant differences. First of all, its wings are huge, black, and tattered compared to an average Gliscor. There are two pairs of them, the first connected to its arms and the second on its back. Their size is also about twice as big, extending to about that of the average Salamence. Its claws now are made of steel and are twice the size. They are much more powerful and utilised for combat in the skies. Its tail is huge with a fearsome metal claw at the end that could easily knock a Salamence out of the air. This also helps when it is trying to cling on to something. Its eyes are blood red and its teeth are much bigger.

Personality: Ky is a Fearful Maddened, that is afraid of almost anything it sees. It cannot stand screeching of any kind, and flies off in a rage whenever it hears this. When this happens, it kills Pokemon randomly rather than trying to escape. It's way of fleeing is ridding itself of Pokemon in the area. Despite this, it is still a fearful maddened. It just has a knack for killing. It has been shown that Wy is able to calm it down, just a bit.

History: Ky once belonged to a little girl as a Gligar. One night it found a Razor Fang, and the same night, it evolved. However, the little girl did not recognize it and screamed so sharply that it was frightened and flew away. Later it was captured by Jung Barnes at Mt. Moon, who turned it into a maddened. It remembered the little girls scream, which sent it into a rage. One day a Maddened Exploud arrived at the lab. It made a loud noise that reminded it of his former owner, which made it so crazy it broke out of its cage and through the ceiling of Mt. Moon, leaving a hole where Jung's lab was. This caused Jung to move his central location a bit. It was captured by Cinnabar Scientists and later given to Ty to see if training could reverse the Madness.

Other: None

Special traits: Ky can fly, unlike most Gliscor who rely on gusts of air to glide along. Its tail and claws are much bigger and more versatile, allowing it to easily take out enemies. It also has an added type, steel, making it a Ground/ Flying/ Steel type. This rids it of its ice weakness, an advantage over most Gliscors.

Type: Fearful Maddened

Mental state: 3

Eli: This is over all good. I like the description. The outfit is unique and fun to imagine. The personality will be fun to have around in the group. The history is a good length and very nice. His reason isn't a kind one. It's to get what he wants. I like the history for sure. This guy is definitely good. Accepted.

Basilisk: I like this one. Though we certainly are repeating things a lot. That's fine though, as long as its not a Maddened. Do you plan to add descriptions or not? It would be alright without one, but I would like to see what you would describe him as. Overall acceptable. Though a description would be liked.

Duce: Once again, I like it. This will fit in well. I dont have much to say on it other than the repeat of, will you be adding a description? Acceptable.

Panzer: Have I mentioned liking your names? They are creative. Anyway, Panzer is a coward and that is good. Its more realistic to have a good blend of brave and cowardly. Description? Acceptable.

Queenie: This was the one I remembered most and its not even done. So far acceptable.

Constantius: This one isn't done, so there isn't much to say about it. The only thing I feel I need to mention is that this hopefully was not going to be your Maddened. If it was, Maddened Gengar was taken. Sorry.\

Overall, so far, you would be accpeted. I like this. Nice job.

Drifblim:

Ty: This is over all short. The character is fine, but I can't get a picture of him. his history is a bit vague. Though I like the description, I would like more length. Then I will be able to gie more accurate thoughts.

Wy: The personality is a bit short. Otherwise, acceptable. Big Pokemon are hard to handle, hope he doesn't flatten anyone.

Sy: You pick the Pokemon I wouldn't even think of. This will prove as a fun aspect to your part in this RPG. Personality needs a bit more length. Acceptable if you add on to it.

Zy: More length in the personality, otherwise fine.

Ky: I need more description, personality, and maybe history. I cant get a good image of this Maddened from its appearance. Also, tell me more about why its a Smart Maddened.

Over all, I need more length. You have four more chances. Fix it up and post it again. Tell me when you're ready.
