Magic's Pokemon Treasure Chest

I like writing, so I thought of making my own Pokemon and then putting them in a Pokemon fanfiction of my own. Even if some Pokemon I've made don't go in the novel, who cares? By the way, for most of this, MS Paint & Macromedia Fireworks were used.

So... I've made a lot, here is as many as I can remember I have...

I know this Charmeleon is crap, but it was the very first revamp I ever attempted...

Forgot the name of the Pokemon... Second ever revamp. Looks nicer than Charmeleon!

Next, custom pallettes for my own custom types. I made the pallettes in MS Paint.

BLOBBO!!!!

Only critique on Blobbo. Everything else I probably won't use.. Blobbo might be a Pokemon in my fanfic ^^ I need to improve him.

Recolours are OK, but nothing special.

Charmeleon isn't as woeful as you think; it's just needs the belly really.
Oh, and Sentret's the second one you did -_-.

Blobbo is not the worst thing I've seen, but it really needs a colour on the outline. You also need to make the edges less rough

I know about the outline, I'm just not too good with outlines. I only started splices a few weeks back and I haven't really practiced too much on outline stuff. -runs off to find a tut that could possibly help-

The scratch fakes you have are really strange... They look wayyyyyy too normal to be pokes. Add some special features to it so it looks like a 'WOW!' pic

They're both my FIRST EVER. You're supposed to start by making blobs anyway... By the time I learn how to do something other than a couple of blobs, I'll edit Blobbo & Minimo. Sound good?

huh? You're supposed to start with blobs? coz thats news to me. D:
the 'blobs' aren't too great.
Blobbo's shading is too stright, and so are the outlines.
Minimo is the same, the green is kinda bright, not "oh my good i cant see!!!!?!!" bright, but just its not too fun to look at.
It's facial expression kinda looks to me along the lines of... "if you look at me weird... i will eat you! om nom nom!"

Also whats with the grey shadowy parts? Are they shadows or part of the blob?

The outlines on both of them are choppy and far too black, think about adding anti-aliasing to them. Minimo's colour is disdainfully bright, which isn't too fun to look at. The mouth lines are far to think, and the shading on both of them is odd. The thing I like about either of them... are Blobbo's eyes. I like those, keep those. Anywho, keep up the good work, and I look forward to seeing an improvement.
