    However, remember to keep your passwords secure. If you use similar logins on multiple sites, people and even bots may be able to access your account.

Okay, so I'm setting up my Modest Magmortar to be a special sweeper. I'm new to competitive battling in these games as I never saw the point in making the effort before, but now I'm going to try. Here's my intended moveset:

Sunny Day
Flamethrower
Solarbeam
Thunderbolt

I'm too sure how I would distribute the EVs, I'm assuming it would be to Special Attack, HP, and Speed? Item help would also appreciated.

I have no idea if this is overused or completely stupid, so don't be afraid to be truthful.
