HAI Guys, So to help with Signature check Rules, I have decided to Shorten Gifs (kind of what Mew_ Does) to Drastically decrease the file size of the Userbar, ESPECIALLY for double Animate Userbars. So yeah.

@Neo: Can you add that in please (The shortening Gifs) and please change the one about me being the only Double gif userbar maker, just delete that part and change it to something along the lines of: "If you do wish to make Animated Userbars for Non-Personal Reasons, I would ask that you would PM me about it and give me Credit for the Idea."
