These fusion moves which you talked about is related with which game? Diamond an Pearl, Mysterious Dungeon or Ranger. because if it is related to mysterious dungeons, I think there aren't turns. If it realted to Ranger, I have no idea about this game. And , if it it related with to D/P , it's not right forum.

My suggestion;
Earthquake + eruption = Volcano attack
Type:Fire
Atk:150
PP:5
Acc:---
This attack never misses but it gives recoil damage if the user is not a flying type (or levitate).

Effect : Causes a bright light to be shone on the opponent and red gems to fall from the sky. The red jems do 70 damage while the light lowers accuracy.

Effect : Causes green stars to fall from the sky. The stars do 85 damage on the turn it's used on then does 5 damage for the next 5 turns. Might cuase confusion.
