Well, I think the city is pretty good. It's not bad, but it could be worked on a bit. I see some white around some of the overworld sprites (people). The Pokemon overworld sprites are okay.
8/10 Pretty good.

Please, PLEASE, don't ever use routes for a town. Your little "Newfront" town is simply the route between vermillion and saffron with a few buildings, blurry overworlds, and other stuff. I could do this in 5 mintues.

The contest judge in the Battle of the Red and Blue makes the whole area look very unatural...
The base one doesn't look too bad.
Newfront Town has the same overworld trainer in a bunch of places, the FR/LG male hero. Also, the houses by the misplaced ligthouse are all different, which looks kinda strange.

Well,they aren't the best in the worl, but I have seen worse. I'm sorry if I seem rude, but i'm trying not to be.
1. There are Wayyyyy to many people/ pokemon in each one.
2. The ground in the first one isn't very orderly, It looks really wavy in some parts.
3. You can still see the outlines (white) of some of the people.
4. The contest judge lookes extremely out of wack.
5. The red and blue one looks like one big room under ground, No walls on some sides, no dividers.
The Base looks pretty good, but the others are really off. My sugguestion is to use a tile set and really place everything/one in the perfect position.
