Make up an erroneous Pokedex entry

MAHINA-PEEEAAA!!!
I love this game, it's a shame it died. It was originally made by Auraninja.

Think of a extant Pokemon and make up a funny Pokedex entry for it.

Rules
1. It has to be an actual Pokemon. Don't make up any or list a Digimon, for example.
2. Make the entry at least somewhat relevant. The entry can be silly, but it has to make sense. Read below.*
3. Don't make it too vulgar or offensive. Not all of these have to be G-rated, but please have some discretion while making these.
4. Don't insult other people's entries. You don't have to like everybody's jokes, but you also need to be nice to others. Don't say things like "Your dex entry sucks!"

Magikarp
The Ultimate Pokemon

Magikarp is the strongest Pokemon in the universe, its power level far surpassing that of Arceus. Because of this, it's the most loved Pokemon among fans.

This will bring up one last point. It doesn't necessarily have to make sense to everybody, but try to keep it relevant.

Bad example:
Pikachu: Some say that Pikachu may be the alien kept away from Europe.

That wouldn't make sense.

Referential humor is also allowed. It just has to have a degree of relevance.
