Psycho Boost is Deoxys' exclusive move. Fail. Also, The Pinpuku line has extremley low ATK, so Explosion would suck. Another fail.

Anyhow, I'd do something like this:

Hey no critisizing, anyway as Ridly-X4 showed: You dont Have to use eggs and make full event amounts, not just one pokemon, lucarioso we are making our own FAKE events, that is that.
