Making a team for competitive doubles

I've made a team for competitive doubles which currently includes 4 Pokemon, but I don't know where to go from there.
The first two Pokemon are Kilowattrel and Raichu. I'm planning on using them together for a strat where they both use discharge, kilo gets healed with volt absorb and Raichu gets +special attack from lightning rod.
The next two Pokemon are Arcanine and Hydreigon. The plan is Hydreigon uses beat up on Arcanine, and Arcanine gets a +4 attack boost from justified. Hydreigon can also use tailwind so Arcanine can be faster.
So that's the team so far. I don't know which Pokemon to add, or if I'm doing anything wrong, so any advice will be appreciated.
