You could google a html tutorial, but I'll give you one.

If you don't want to learn HTML then, just use Freewebs or whatever it's called, which is very simple.

All you need to do is get a link to a website creator.
There are common ones like freewebs.com and xanga.com but they are, let's face it, inferior to paid-for internet sites. Largely inferior. Maybe geocities.
If you want a message board I suggest invisonfree.com.
