looking at the 9th movie poster on serebii's main website with the manafi's egg surrounding kyogre and i thought manafi could be kyogres pre-evo

It would be impossibe. Never has or will there be evolutions, or pre-evolotions of legendariy Pokemon. Plus, Manafii dosn't look like anything that would go with Kyogre.

Thats not Manafi's egg surrounding Kyogre anyway, thats the Ranger's Capture Disk. Jackie is holding Manafi's egg
