Edit: sadly I saw Weezing's voice actor is passed away, meanwhile Arbok's voice actor didn't work for Pokémon anime since AG, since his last character was Scott from Battle Frontier and some random Pokémon...
I don't know if they can use some registrated voices from the past for them...
