• Hi all
Just a notice, we recently discovered that someone got into a moderator account and started hard deleting a load of key and legacy threads...around 150 threads have been lost dating back to 2007 and some weeks ago so we can't roll the forums back.
Luckily no personal data could be accessed by this moderator, and we've altered the permissions so hard deleting isn't possible in the future
Sorry for any inconvenience with this and sorry for any lost posts.
  • Hi all. We had a couple of reports of people's signatures getting edited etc. in a bad way. You can rest assured this wasn't done by staff and nobody has compromised any of our databases.

However, remember to keep your passwords secure. If you use similar passwords to elsewhere which has been accessed, people and even bots may be able to access your account.

We always recommend using unique passwords, and two-factor authentication if you are able. Make sure you're as secure as possible

GUYS! WE FORGOT ABOUT THE MOST IMPORTANT QUESTION!

Will Team Rocket be in this episode? :p
Probably. Blasting them off would give Ash something to do while Go is dealing with the Grookey situation

Too old for your rubbish..
I think there will be a more interesting twist when it turns out at the end that Grookey's coach was actually Gou from the start. That would explain the strange dream and the monkey in his arms a little. Say, he caught her in his sleep and forgot about it.

I like that idea, like it appears to him in what seems like a dream and he captures it, but later it turns out it wasn't a dream at all. It's doubtful that it'd happen this way, but it would be far more interesting than another abandonment plot..

So ur saying that Go is already the trainer? That wouldn't make sense tho as they go to look for grookey's trainer.

That's the point, since he wouldn't know who the trainer was, due to the fact he woke up with no recollection of the capture despite it happening in his sleep. Therefore he would go looking for the Grookeys trainer, before finally realising it was actually him all along..

It would be interesting if this episode took place Galar and it would be more realistic to happen but for him to catch a wild Grookey in Kanto is what makes it less likely to happen.

That sleep catching thing is probably one of the silliest and most asinine things that I've heard.
Which probably means it's going to happen
It could happen with every pokemon, why a starter?
