For anyone wondering, the Koopa Kids ARE in a game (well, actually two): Mario Party 5 and Mario Party 6. Since I don't have Mario Party 7, I don't know if they're in there.

Anyway, I, too, would like to see the Power Ranger Koopas return (they're funny, even though I haven't played any Mario games other than the ones on Gamecube. I read a GameFAQs FAQ on them).

Of course, him returning would be a two for one deal including Grodus, so it's all good. Hell, just bring back all the freakin' clueless X-nauts and other assorted X-minions.
There's also Jr. Troopa, who needs to make a comeback with a plethora of crazy attack plans and a heaping helping of misplaced rage.
And if there is ever to be another Wario Land game, I demand that Captain Syrup and the Brown Sugar Pirates get a look in.
Sluggy the Unshaven (What a name!), Bert the Bashful and Raphael the Raven (as an actual boss) get my vote too.

I would love the Koopa Bros. from Paper Mario to return too. You know, the "Power Ranger Koopas"? They're actually a TMNT parody.
...come to think of it, just about every Mario RPG character/villian is awesome. And they all must return!
