What dark_force sugestet is probaly the best moveset imo so you dont really need more sug

You could trade it to fr/lg for the tutor if you dont have emerald
mirror coat is for breeding

ya i didn't realize i double posted well i guess i will after about 10 resets i got a good nature brave and now i need ot do the EV stuff any ideas?

this is for playing through the game. don't suggest tutor moves (RS/Counter) or egg moves (mirror coat).

use surf/ice beam/EQ/Filler. filler can be whatever TM you need to give someone in your party. surf from an HM, Ice beam from the abandoned ship TM13, and EQ at level 46.

Since you don't have move tutors:

-Earthquake (gotta love the bestest move of the metagame)
-Ice Beam
-Return (a filler, pretty powerful when marshtomp loves ya)
-Surf (not all that great though, use eq instead when facing fire types)/Toxic i guess
