Those aren't really sprites. And really, read a tutorial. You NEED practice.

Well...i usually try to be nice no matter how terrible they are...but...well...I'll settle for constructive criticism.
They are to big, they don't have enough curves, the shading is all wrong, and you did the whole thing with the Pencil tool. Never use the pencil with sprites unless it is very slow and careful.
And, well, yeah, you should probably practice.

It'd help if you zoomed in on your paint program, it looks like you did them from far away. And, (as far as I can tell,) you shaded it in two colors.
