Master Ball Trick

I heard that there is a Master Ball trick on Colosseaum and XD, is that true? And if it is true, how would I go about using it?

I think it's only in Colosseum, but you use pokemon 1 to use the Masterball and pokemon 2 to switch it in the items list with another, then finish pokemon 2's turn normally. You'll use the Masterball, but still have it in your bag, making pokemon easy to get.

Just as a side note, the Colosseum Master Ball trick doesn't work in either XD or the Player's Choice edition of Colosseum.

Wow - I didn't know they blocked it in the Player's Choice edition.

Anyway - I think anyone who uses that trick is totally cheap. I used my Masterball on Shadow Lugia and that was it. I haven't cheated once and I won't cheat either.

I don't cheat in XD or Colosseum either.. What's the point in that anyway though? I mean, you just need one Master Ball for just one.. and that's Lugia. The other ones aren't that hard to get or weaken, if your team is evenly matched by level.. and stuff.

Accually, it DOES work on the Player's Choice editions! I have one, and it worked!

A solution to your probelm, if you havent tried this, kill lapras, you can catch it from Mirror B. later

Ha ha ha! Why would someone even want to use a master ball? I don't like using them at all. I haven't caught any legendaries or any other pokemon with them. I know that kind of makes them point less but to me it's fun to try and catch pokemon without masterballs. Shadow lugia was super hard!!!

I wasted around thirty Premier Balls trying to catch a paralysed Shadow Lugia with single-digit HP, then a Timer Ball, and it didn't even twitch. >___>; It was easily a 40-turn Battle. Then I reset the game and used the Master Ball.

There really isn't anything in Colosseum you'd use the Master Ball for anyway except Tyranitar. =/ None of the others are too terribly hard to snag.
