Seeing how you only get 1 master ball in the game who would you suggest using it on?

lol, I used mine on Rayquaza because I ran out of Ultra/Timer balls . I'll just catch Latios the way I did in Ruby.

I would suggest you use it on your Latios or Latias. They flee easily and are really hard to find. However if you already caught your legendary Pokemon and the two birds, then I suggest that you use it on a shiny Pokemon that flees really easy, like a Teleporting Abra or a Roaring Poocheyena. I just used it on Latios, though.

I just use a level 30 or so Wynaut It had so much HP Latios pretty much gives up(thats in my ruby, I haven't tried it yet in Emerald)
My brother on the other hand, he tried to catch Latias using a Wynaut, the Latias wouldn't give up, and killed itself using struggle

Actually there are more master balls in the game.You can get them by the lotery.

there's only 2 master balls im the game. one in the team base, another (and ONLY one) is in the lottery. to get it, match the ID number PERFECTLY.

There is an indefinite amount of Master Balls in the game. But it's very, very difficult to win the lottery. Anyways, as others have said, use it on Lati@s.

i would say , Rayquaza, because Rayquaza is very very hard to catch, i'm not lazy like those other please who use it on the latis i use my wobbatfette, weeken it and use lots of ultra ballsd, worles every time, and not use it on any legendry, use it on a shiney, just in case ^_^

even with what shippos said i still wouldnt risk anything funny happenin (dropping gb, etc.) so i'd just catch lati@s with it, and for rayquaza, etc. just get a bunch of poke'balls and then just throw those at him til u think sufficient turns have passed for u to start using timer balls, and i might suggest net balls for kyogre

as for master balls, u can get theoretically infinite in the game, it just depends on how many times u win the lottery but i wouldnt bet on it lol so be careful witht the one u got

Save your Master Ball for a fleeing shiny. Catching Lati@s is comparatively easy, considering there isn't a 1 in 4 chance you'll never see it again per turn. >_<

For Lati@s, train a fast False Swiper, hunt it down, and get it to 1HP. Then, repeat with Thunder Wave. Lastly, have a Wobbuffet up front in your party and just start chucking balls at it. Save before the last stage so you can reset if it Struggles itself to death.

With a fleeing shiny, you're stuck with two options: Throw a ball immediately (risking escape) or risk switching in your wild Pokémon catcher/attacking it. The only way to ensure your success in capturing it is to throw a Master Ball or be fortunate enough to have someone in your party who can stop it from fleeing. (Shadow Tag/Suction Cups)

I don't think suction cups prevents escape, arena trap does. Suction prevents roar/whirlwind.

Let me spell it out again: Save your Master Ball for a shiny that knows Whirlwind, Roar, or Teleport! The only other way to ensure you can catch these things is with someone with Suction Cups for Roar/Whirlwind, Soundproof for Roar, or Arena Trap/Shadow Tag for Teleport (only Shadow Tag for Natu).
