Matchmaker Matchmaker make me McIceGar

I need help creating a McIceGar for use in link battles.
I understand a good moveset to be:
Thunderbolt
Ice Punch
Substitute
Focus Punch

...and that's about all I know.
I need help with both a nature and a proper EV spread. Because I want to keep things rational, let's say that the gengar in question only has about 20 of every IV.

You'd be better off using the sp. sweeper.

Standard EVs for McIceGar are 252 Spd / 240 Atk / 18 SAtk with a Hasty nature iirc.

Dray I don't think that's what's used, that's why too much attack especially for McIceGar who isn't using Shadow Ball.

I use enough Attack EVs for 215 in the stat, which is enough to 2HKO Blissey. Either 300 or 332 Speed and the rest in Special Attack, with a Hasty Nature.

if you wanted to make a standard McGar, before the emerald Ice Punch tutor, you'd use dray's set w/ lonely. but the whole point of McIceGar is that you can dump more into SAtk. above poster's suggestion is good.

Ok, how about this. Let's say I've got a Gengar with 25 IVs in every stat (I'll be able to get this). That means with an EV spread of 240 Atk / 176 SpAtk / 94 Spd, he'll have 255 HP, 220 Atk, 135 Def, 334 SpAtk, 180 SpDef, and 300 Spd.

Is this satisfactory or should I redo the spread?

0ma I swear I've 2HKO'd a shitload of Blisseys using Focus Punch and 215 Attack, maybe it was luck but I definitely didn't get CH's or anything.

Oh well, 220 is fine.
