Which pokemon should I use the MASTERBALL on? People say I should save it for Rayquaza but what about the Regis or Latia or Latios? Oh ya I have Pokemon Emerald....Is there mew or mew two;384;

you mite want to use it to catch rayquaza. save right before you battle it, then use the master ball, and if it doesnt have the nature you want then reset and try again.

Mewtwo is only in FRLG, Mew is on faraway island, where you can only get to if you have the Old Sea Chart, which isn't available outside of Japan.
USE IT ON A FLEEING SHINY!!!!!!
I used mine on Rayquaza, but that was only because I was being lazy lol.

All the legendaries aren't really going anywhere. Unless you're talking about Lati@s. But even they can easilt be trapped, so I think you should use it on any shiny pokemon whenever it shows up. Or, you can just go with lati@s if you wnat, cause they actually move across hoenn.

I used my on Groundon, I dont know why but I did, but when I get to Rayquaza, it usually breaks out of about 6 Ultra Ball in a row...Is there anyway of getting another MB without winning that dumb lottery contest?

I'd go latis... Shinies or if you have an AR, mew... Though, it isn't even all that hard.

EDIT- Of course, if you have an AR you wouldn't worrie about masterballs.. ;_;

I used mine on Latios, but use your's on a rare shiny, or one of the Lati's.

i would say level 80 jolly nature

defence curl
yawn

raise it to a ceartian level and you can catch any legendary pokemon in the rse versian with that pokemon even latias and latios

the skill is to use up all of the pokemons pp and use timer balls and ultra balls
and use ex defende also that is where double team comes in and so the struggle does not hit you

full restores 30
ex defends 15
and plant leppa berrys 10 before you
battle legendary pokemon it restores 10 pp

and forty ultra balls
and forty timer balls
to every battle

use it on the legendary you want the most. and if you don't know save it for shinies i hear Timer balls work good for legendaries but be ready for a LONG battle lol

Keep it. The legendaries aren't going anywhere, get a Wobbufet for Lati@s, besides, what Pokemon can flee? The only one that comes to mind is Poochyena.
