You've definitely been improving. The basic artwork is very beautiful, and well drawn. Anatomy has gotten much better. Excellent detail on clothing folds. I like her hair and her eyes. Her name in the background is rendered interestingly, I like the dots in different shades of green. Matches the theme.
However, there's a problem I'd like to point out: Her appendages seem to get cut off. I'm not talking about the arm that's closest to us, that looks intentional. (I dunno, I'm unfamiliar with this character.) Her other arm, however, disappears behind her body. I could come up with a few positions that would be plausible. But if that arm is meant to be extended as well, judging by the size of it in relation to distance from us, you should be able to at least see a tiny bit of her hand on the other side of her chest, just above the other arm.
Moving down to the legs, the leg furthest from us is cut off as well. When it goes behind the other leg, you don't see it continuing to the border of the picture. There's absolutely no possibility of that happening.
I'd like to commend you on the progress you've made. Without those little mistakes, it'd be an extremely good drawing. =) Keep drawing, and I look forward to seeing you become even better.
