Cool, looks stylised and fun! Did you use a vector program like Flash to draw it?

The first time I looked at it, I thought it was missing the lower jaw, but it's not... maybe it was the flat shading? Another shadow might help fix that. The shadows on the body could be fixed a bit too, so that instead of being patches of dark colour, they're actually darkened areas that show where the light is obscured.

You certainly have your own style there, not that thats a bad thing, rather more a good thing seeing as only you can make it.

It is in a great pose, the colours are evenly spread and thought out, I like it.
