21 Grass Energy

The idea is to get Scepy out and running and use energy trans to move as much energy to one of the delcatty's, who can dish out massive Damage with the energy source attacks. Most cards are designed to either get out energys or bring out the stages. Bellosom is there becuase of healing dance to keep the delcattys alive.

What do you think?

Inconsistent. All those 1s and 2s isn't good. You need 3s and 4s.

1-2-3 and 1-2-4 lines aren't good either - 3-2-3 or 4-3-4 are needed.

21 Energy? No. Take out at least 6 and bundle in more Trainer cards.

I don't have enough cars to do that, I don't exactly spend all my money on pokemon cards.
