May or Misty?

That made my eyebrow raise so high that it ripped clean off my head and proceeded to plough through the ceiling.

I'd have them both in the show, as part of some hideous Dragonball Z-esque fusion. She would be called Maysty (or Kasuruka), and would have mucus green hair, a window-shattering voice and a yellow Squirtle that gets headaches and coughs up live Horseas.

How come people always make Haruka and Misty polls? Come on, surely there's more to this franchise than these two fiesty females? Put that imagination in fifth gear and go over 60.
How about a 'Which tastes better? Roxanne or a plate of waffles' poll? Or 'Who would suffer more scars if they had a Sneasel slash their face? Winona or a kid from Route 104?' Perhaps even a 'Would a horny Sceptile mate with a christmas tree?' poll?

Meh. I like Misty better and overall, she is the better example of a real life girl. She has a mixed personality, feelings and her hair doesn't look like a space alien's hair with the back shaved (or mysteriously gone). She looks normal too and Misty as a person is a winner.
And btw, we need this specific poll either stickied or BANNED! Seriously, if I ever find another one, I may actually contact a moderator.

May, not just for the fantatsic character herself, but what she brings into the show is fantastic, (Contest arc, Drew/Harley, various rivals, etc.) Its also nice to have a leading male and female for once, and its great to watch her develop while it pushes Ash into a mentor-like role.

Misty had 276 episodes as a main character, that's enough. I liked her back then but she brings nothing to the series besides being a token sidekick. We already have token sidekicks, (Brock/Max), we don't need yet another one.

I don't mind seeing her from time to time, but I sure as hell don't want her back on the main cast anymore. This show needs to GET RID of its dead weight, not bring more of it back into the series.
