I voted for practically everyone that isn't Wakashamo and, especially, Zenigame.
Agehunt: as Cyber said, while it was focused on a lot early on, it was kinda forgotten about in the second half of Houen. And despite the fact that it's clearly one of Haruka's best Pokemon, it was dumped in the Battle Frontier.
Eneko: like Agehunt, it got a fair amount of focus, but it too was dumped for a pointless reason. To add salt to the wound, that stupid turtle practically ripped off its ice appeals. Also, the fanbase is very unfair to it. I'll say it again, its development was perfectly believeable, and I see no problem with Assist (it's not like one of Haruka's Pokemon has Explosion that never comes up, or a one-hit KO attack that always comes up... all her Pokemon's moves seem useable one way or another). The problem is, after decent build-up (it may've learned Blizzard a tad too easily, but compared to Zenigame, at least it didn't pull any TM moves completely out of its a** at all too convenient of a moment), they decided to crap on the writing for its first contest, which is why it seems like a deus ex. But really, had they just written that battle differently (Kimimaro was likely gonna lose one way or another... unlike Harley and Shuu, it's not like he travels and would end up recurring), everyone would probably be singing a different tune, not like all this "Super Skitty" bullcrap that's going around.
Fushigidane: again, dumped, and practically replaced by something else completely unworthy as the Fire/Leaf ad.
Gonbe: it was being an annoying advertisement at first, but come Battle Frontier, it started to prove itself worthy. And even though its Metronome practically cried "potential deus ex", that was far from the case (aside from an effective Thunder against Octan, and a rather convenient Extremespeed that only ended up being comic relief anyway, Gonbe has ended up with a Splash and a Rest... seems anything but cheap). Harley really let him have it in his contest debut, and we only saw it in one other battle since then (which, unlike what others might say, was also believable sans Gonbe being propelled by Eievui's tail). Like so many other of Haruka's Pokemon, he had his screentime wrongfully swiped away from him by that f***ing turtle, and the fact that Haruka wouldn't go on to Shin'ou was really a kick in the balls for the poor guy.
Eievui: oh god, what hasn't been said about the tiny fox in this thread? Well, I could point out that, like Eneko, the writers shafted it out of a well-written debut battle despite decent build-up (thus resulting in fans berating it). Once again, damn the undeserving, limelight-hogging turtle! Thankfully, it's likely we'll see it show up again as a Leafia/Glacia.
