May's starting D/P Pokemon

I would like to see her with Pachirisu. Its a sweet pokemon and she has never had electric-type. This time she would get one and it would be a rival for Pikachu

I can see her with a Naetoru but thats based on the assumption that her Bulbasaur stays at Oak's with Ash's Bulbasaur and that she is still going to be in the anime.

Naetle. Bulbasaur is her only grass Pokemon, and I honestly don't see her ever using it again. Hikozaru is out of the question to avoid being redundant with Torchic, and I see Pochama going to Hikari instead.

If May's Bulbasaur is still in love with Ash's Bulbasaur, then I see May getting the grass starter as part of her team.

Out of those three, I'd say Chimeru. No Parichasu because the writers hate potentially upstaging Pikachu and not the penguin because I would rather Hikari start with that one. If I were more hopeful I would say the writers will give her another type of team that doesn't suck, but thats just too hopeful

As said the fire monkey would interfere with Combusken.

The grass one fills Bulbasaurs spot nicely and the penguin can replace Squirtle! It's win/win!

Hopefully if the penguin replaces Squirtle it doesn't follow in Squirtles dreadful legacy. I don't need to see another favorite starter of mine ruined

I voted for Pocchama since it is a May Pokemon- cute, cuddly and it looks like it would be a good Pokemon Contestant.
