Mean Teachers

Lord Scalgon

What title?
Had a professor who lashed out at me for no apparent reason. According to this teacher's reviews online, he actually is a genuine douchebag.

Also, back in community college, I once had a math teacher who simply berates his students. Makes his tests completely bullshit that he made girls in his class cry when he pointed at them and told the class that they shouldn't end up like these girls who failed his tests. Even worse, he said this to the whole class:

If you're not gonna do well in my class, you should go work at Wal-Mart!

This shocked the whole class...literally. I don't know if this made anyone who had him any better, but months later after this incident, he died of cancer.

Hell, I can even go on with this story if I wanted to.

My teacher right now is a BIG ***** She made my friends mudkips go out of class because He was asking about a MATH QUESTION!!!

And then she had a parent meeting with mudkip's mom and said we we're disturbing her class

Sigh-_- She hates me, I know it

Oh my god. I had THE WORST teacher EVER this past year for world history. EVERY SINGLE TIME anyone asked a question she'd say "We don't have time to answer that, we've just got so much to cover!" and ramble on for five minutes about how we're wasting her time. LOOK WHO'S TALKING, B*TCH!

Vintage much?
Oh god not this thread again.

You do realize that most of you guys are just be unreasonable. Like the above poster.

Thank god I only did a degree in teaching and not actually go into it otherwise I would had complainers like you. Yes some teachers are just idiots but others have reasons to send you outside, saying a few things, giving you extra hw etc but seriously I mean they get paid so little to teach annoying kids.

EDIT: Referring to school not college/uni.

Worst teachers I ever had were the emotionless and careless ones over my 12 years of public education. I disliked some of my teachers before liking them again at the end of the year.

But my 1st grade teacher in NY was quite the b*tch. She was nice enough the first week or so but later on she would pick on people in our class based on culture. I admit that I wasn't the best student classwork wise due to immigration but I never deserved her hateful comments and I was a quite kid during class time so behavior wasn't a problem. I don't hate her anymore but I still dislike the memories in 1st grade and remembering her.

This Math teacher I had in Grade 8 was always late for school, came to school high sometimes, and liked to tell us stories about how there was a wanted murderer out there who looked just like him. He got fired.

My Concert Band teacher could seem quite mean/rude at times. If someone told him that they were unable to attend a concert because they had other plans, he would guilt trip them into going by telling them that they were disappointing the band, everything would be ruined if they didn't go, etc. This teacher also would always try to act so modest at all our concerts, but he was actually really, really narcissistic.

Hmmm.............

Yeah, it seems to be a common trait with band teachers. A lot of the subsitutes I had for band over the years were like that too. As were many of the band teachers my teacher was always talking about. >___>

No hope.....
last year, i had an economics teacher in college who was a real jerk. basically, if he asked a question and no one attempted to answer, hed get furious with the whole class. also, hed sometimes pick someone at random to answer a question and if they couldn't hed say "see me after class!" in a real irritated tone, basically embarrassing the student because their attention drifts away for one second.

I had a teacher in grade school that all she did would eat in front of the class every day lunch was at 11:30 so from 8:00-11:30 we starving children had to watch her stuff her face....

Nearly all the teachers in my old school had chips on their shoulders. Probably the only nice one was the science teacher.

This wasn't just a case of disliking the teachers because they gave out detentions or whatever, most of my teachers were genuinely rude and unfriendly. For example, one teacher would get annoyed at me for not knowing the answer to a question, and said "You should ask me for help if you get stuck". But whenever I did ask her for help, she would get angry at me for not knowing.

In Year 2, there was a teacher who shut one of her pupils in a cupboard as punishment, and forgot about him over lunch break. She was sacked as soon as the parents found out.

I had a few HORRIBLE teachers but the one who was the worst was Mrs. Grody (yes grody long o).She looked Grody too. Not to mention she would grab a ruler and hit kids with it, if they weren't working.

Oh but she got fired 3 months before the school year ended, for "harrassing" a kindergardener.

My concert band teacher is awesome.

My 4th Grade teacher was horrible. She gave us loads of homework, and yelled at us all the time. She was famous for flipping kids' desks over. My parents heard, and went in and flipped a shit about it. I can't believe she was never fired. She's retiring this year. My parents asked my principal to make sure that none of my sisters got her.

Ughh!! My history teacher in 8th grade was horrible. She was such a jerk to everyone and condescending and just plain rude. One time she told me that she was done with some CD I apparently gave to her. So I told her I didnt remember giving her a CD. She realized she got me mixed up with this girl named Ashley(a lot of people get us mixed up for some reason). So I told her that a lot of people got us mixed up, and asked if we really looked that much alike. She went off and asked me if my parents ever told me I was a snob, because I was apparently. I hated that lady.

I had a lecturer in college a couple of years ago who was extremely arrogant. She just replaced our current Advanced Database lecturer at that time and demmanded we respect her and listen to her because she had qualification and we, well, didn't. Which, as college students, is kind of expected. Her first lesson was to lecture us on things we already knew for the whole hour and half the lesson lasted. Iamagine sitting on your backside for a whole hour and a half, listening to this stuck-up woman lecture you on things you already knew in a loud, obnoxious voice.

Almost every lesson was like that and to make things worse, she treated a class of adults (the youngest of us were 17) like pre-schoolers which, as you may imagine, didn't go down well at all. Her lessons were awful and if you ever questioned her, she would berate you and say she had the qualifications and therefore we should listen to her.

All in all, a horrible teacher who didn't endear herself the students at all with her stuck-up behaviour.

I just remembered: I had a history teacher who was arrested for being in a child pornography ring.

Crazy shit man...

I had a history teacher who was arrested for going to his neighbors house in the nude. He asked his neighbor for baby powder.
