It looks good.
However, the outlining is a little light, you may want to go for a darker blue. And the only Sprites I can gather you've used to make this are the Fr/Lg Charizard [face] and Fr/Lg Aerodactyl [wings].

And the end of the tail is from Aerodactyl.
