So, what do you think the most memorable anime moments are?

Ghost In The Shell, Stand Alone Complex: The reveling of [SPOIL]The Laughing Man[/SPOIL]
s.CRY.ed: The second [SPOIL]great uprising[/SPOIL]
s.CRY.ed: [SPOIL]The defeat of Kyoji Mujo by the Alter Egoed Kazuma and Ryuho[/SPOIL]
Digimon: The end of Season one, where everyones flying away in the bus

One Piece:

1. Arlong's defeat and the following scene.

For me:

Pokemon: [SPOIL]Pikachu's Goodbye and Butterfree's Goddbye, 'nuff said.[/SPOIL]
FMA: [SPOIL]Martel's last words and the Greed vs. Ed fight.[/SPOIL]

 

[Pika Hikari KT]

Pokémon: Ash earns Pikachu's trust in the first episode.

Yu-Gi-Oh: "Exodia...OBLITERATE~!" First episode, can't miss it. Also, the first appearances of Dark Magician Girl and Blue Eyes Ultimate.

Naruto: "If you EVER lay a hand on my sensei...I'll kill you!!!" Naruto then proceeds to perform Shadow Clone Jutsu and kick serious butt. There's another memorable moment, but it's major spoilers~![SPOIL]Sasuke apparently turns over a new Leaf. As in turn heel and leave the squad.[/SPOIL]

Dragonball: Goku and his grandfather reunite(if only for a few minutes). I don't think there's anything that could top that.;_;

DBZ: A lot of memorable Super Saiyan moments, but I gotta give it to Gohan turning SS2 the moment Android 16 was killed. It's even better in the Japanese, cause Spirit vs. Spirit rocks!

DBGT: The ending. ...Or the fact Vegeta got an episode to himself. Just kidding, but I do love Vegeta.

Digimon Adventure: Tie--Angemon's sacrifice on his debut, and Wizardmon's death(leading to Angewomon's debut). The Warp Shinka debuts are very close, though.

Fullmetal Alchemist: [SPOIL]Envy nearly kills Ed. Nuff said. ...Oh, and Al's attempt to bring his brother back.[/SPOIL]

Trigun:
+ That scene in episode two, after Vash rants about how good what's-her-face is, when Meryl asks him if he's the easily decieved type who cries himself to sleep every night.
+ [SPOIL]Wolfwood's death.[/SPOIL]
+ The episodes that flash back to Vash and Knives's past, revealing that [SPOIL]Knives killed Rem and the rest of the crew and tried to kill the rest of the humans.[/SPOIL]
+ [SPOIL]Vash killing Legatto to save Meryl and Millie.[/SPOIL]
+ Every scene with Kuroneko-sama. Without fail.

Cowboy Bebop:
+ The whole Toys In The Attic episode.
+ The video [SPOIL]Faye made when she was a girl and then sent to her future self.[/SPOIL]
+ [SPOIL]Spike and Vicious's fight in the church.[/SPOIL]
+ [SPOIL]Julia's idiotic and sudden death.[/SPOIL]
+ The song "Blue" that plays in the end after Spike [SPOIL]dies/collapses/whatevers after killing Vicious.[/SPOIL]. Ok, so just that whole scene.

Hellsing:
+ Father Alexander [SPOIL]lopping off Alucard's head in the subway.[/SPOIL]
+ The whole meeting between Integra and the head of Iscariot.
+ Integra [SPOIL]cutting her own throat in an attempt to get rid of the Baobhan Sith's blood and in order to stop from becoming a Ghoul.[/SPOIL]
+ Alucard's reflections on how he and Integra met while he [SPOIL]watches the doctors try to repair her cut throat from the above scene.[/SPOIL]
+ Walter [SPOIL]beat up Jan (pronounced 'Yan') Valentine.[/SPOIL]
+ When Incognito realizes that [SPOIL]Alucard = Vlad. Zomg.[/SPOIL]
+ Any scene that shows Alucard with his long hair and in that all black, one piece outfit; the embodiment of pure awesome.

DBZ:
Krillin's death leading to Goku going SSJ for the first time was something I'll never forget!

Rurouni Kenshin
The entire Kyoto saga (uncut) just seemed to flow so mythodically; like a poem even. I remember all of it so clearly; it just seemed that good. The music was also the best I've heard in an anime and I felt it suited the themes and scenes very well.

Full Metal Alchemist
The final episode was just heart wrenching, but best final episode I've seen of anything.

My Neighbor Totoro
The bus stop where Totoro popped out of no where with a leaf umbrella in the pouring rain. This scene is probably one of the reasons I got into anime so young.

Cowboy Bebop
The 5th episode was GREAT all around. Even as I mature and anime keeps on improving, every time I see this episode it is still as amazing as the first time I saw it all those years ago. Great original music for this episode too.

[SPOIL]The final episode where Harry and Brandon die together embracing each other as friends, even after all the bitterness through the years that ended up getting them to that point.[/SPOIL]

 

[Puffs]

Digimon Tamers - When Beelzemon kills Leomon, leaving Jeri in grief an setting the stage for the D-Reaper saga. It also causes Takato to become enraged and make WarGrowlmon dark digivolve to Megidramon. Takato realises that he's only hurting his friends with Megidramon, and then he and Guilmon bio-merge to Gallantmon for the first time. Jeri's sorrow also makes Beelzemon rethink his cruel actions.

Pokemon: [spoil]Pikachu's Goodbye, Butterfree's Goodbye and Charizard's Goodbye. Also, GCYL. Purely because I want to know WTF he was going to say![/spoil]

Digimon:[spoil]Wizardmon being killed, his temporary return in 02, SaberLeomon's death, any battle with the Dark Masters and Apocalymon, and the final episode. Also, the Dark Ocean episode with Kari and TK in 02, and Gallantmon Crimson Mode's first appearance in Tamers.[/spoil]

There's probably more, but I can't remember them all very clearly right now.

Tons for DBZ

[SPOIL]- Vegeta fighting against Fat Buu, and saying goodbye to Trunks. That's the only time in either the anime or the manga Vegeta ever hugs anyone. Then he blows himself up in order to protect his loved ones.

- Goku sacrificing himself to stop Cell from destroying the Earth

- Gohan going SSJ2 and beating the crud out of the Cell Jrs. and Cell

- Piccolo saving Gohan against Nappa

- Goku's vision about Vegeta while fighting Freeza

- Vegeta admitting Goku is stronger in the Buu saga.

- Mr. Satan convincing the Earthlings to give their energy to Goku to beat Buu.

- When we first see Goten and Trunks(chibi) go SSJ. Gohan and Vegeta were speechless.

- Vegeta attacking Cell after Trunks is killed.[/SPOIL]

My memorable moments for me were:

Naruto:[SPOIL]Sasuke turns and leaves the group[/SPOIL]
[SPOIL]Haku and Zabuza die, When the snow falls and Zabuza says, "Are you weeping Haku?" *sniff*[/SPOIL]
When Naruto said "If you EVER lay a hand on my sensei...I'll kill you!!!"
[SPOIL]Sasuke and Sakura meet up just as Sasuke is about to leave the village, Sakura pleads him not to go and Sasuke in return tell her "Thank You."[/SPOIL]

Tokyo Mew Mew:
[SPOIL]Kish goes to the 'good side'.[/SPOIL]

Fruits Basket:
[SPOIL]Kyo has his 'true form' and Tohru tells him she wants to be with together with him.[/SPOIL]
[SPOIL]In the manga when Akito talks with Tohru and Tohru finds out that Akito is realy 'god'.[/SPOIL]
[SPOIL]Recently in the 13th manga Momo secretly watches Momiji play the violin[/SPOIL]
