Meowth Rules!

After failing to capture Pikachu, Team Rocket wind up on an Island where Meowth is taken by the inhabitants and Worshipped. They need Meowth to perform a festival which includes him using Pay Day, an attack Meowth doesnt know. Can Meowth learn Pay Day before he is discovered as a fraud?

To this day, I still love this episode. I love any episode that shows Team Rocket in a more positive light, and this was definitely one of them. Even though Meowth ditches Jessie and James to save his own hide, the fact that they still get back together because they're friends is incredibly touching. :D I hope that Meowth will learn payday someday.

Yes, finally an episode showing Team Rocket in good light for once! Gave us a break from Ash and co. They weren't all that nice to Team Rocket when they first arrived onto the scene, all they did was say the motto and then Ash gets Squirlte to use water gun on them!

Not much to be said here, although seeing Jessie and James throw bottle caps to help out Meowth was funny, all those gullable suckers falling for those fakes lol!

Someday My Pay Day Will Come

Oh, this has to be one of the classics. You can tell when the script writers are clicking along in high gear (more than usual, which is exceptional). What a delightful spoof on of all things, Gilligan's Island, if you can believe it. After all, Jessie, James, and Meowth are castaways. (Drum rim shot.) That bit with the bottle caps? Priceless.

This is another favorite episode of mine. It made me cry so much though because Meowth is one of my favorite characters and to see him go threw that kind of torment it was just sad to watch. The fact that Jessie and James came their for him in the end was enough too make me actually cry though. I loved it really, and I laughed so hard when Ash and co got kicked off of the Island, that made me laugh so hard. Yah a really good one.

A good episode i'm glad they focused on TR instead of the gang, and I like that they showed TR in a positive light even if those episodes are few and far between.

Aw, it was kinda fun to see Meowth being worshipped as some ruler ^^ It was pretty fun, what with the food and the dancing and the music. But I was so sad to see him order the worshippers to toss Jessie and James into the ocean. I can see why he would, but come on... they're supposed to be a strong-knit trio... well, Jessie and James knew that, anyway. It was so nice to see them reunite in the end ^^

A Meowth episode, we need more of these.

I liked how Ash and Co. barely appeared. I like that Meowth got some decent screentime too. I thought Jessie and James plan of tossing coins was nice. 9/10
