Really good but not a sprite. It should go into the fan art main board itself. Again, it is really good.

That does not qualify as a sprite.

First of all, it's hand-drawn. Second, it's far too large. Third, it isn't even saved in PNG. It isn't a sprite, and should therefore be in the main Fan-Art Section. You should really check where you post your threads, you know.

It's good, and overall, I'd rate is as average.

Where does the fighting or flying type come in? It looks like...a normal type.

^perhaps it should be a psychic type instead of flying. Anyway, it's great and all but in the wrong place.
