No, it doesn't. SE Shadow Ball does 10 more base damage.

I'd go with sludge bomb.

Hmm... Why would anyone use psychic with adamant metagross...And metagross's att base stat is 40 higher that sp.att... And Dynamicpunch is way too inaccurate...
