Metal Militia (Trick Room Team)

Ampy

Light The Stars
Well, I finally got a copy of GH: Metallica and I can't stop listening to them ever since, so I thought I'd create a Trick Room team that is somewhat based around them. Eon's team really inspired me seeing as it's the only decent. Trick Room team I've seen in the IGRMT.

Songs
King Nothing by Metallica from Load
All Nightmare long by Metallica from Death Magnetic
Metal Militia by Metallica from Kill em' all
Master of Puppets by Metallica from Master of Puppets
One by Metallica from ...And Justice for All
Cyanide by Metallica from Death Magnetic

Spr_4d_199.png
Bag_Leftovers_Sprite.png

King Nothing
Bold Nature
Own Tempo
EVs: 252 HP/116 SpD/140 Def
Trick Room
Surf
Nasty Plot
Slack Off

Incredibly bulky Trick Room user. I chose him over Slowbro, because he gets Nasty Plot and the name of the song fits him better. Pretty standard, Trick Room is obvious, Surf for STAB, NP for boosting his decent special attack and Slack Off for healing.

Spr_4d_354.png
Bag_Focus_Sash_Sprite.png

All Nightmare Long
Brave Nature
Frisk
EVs: 252 Atk/252 HP
Trick Room
Destiny Bond
Shadow Claw
Will-O-Wisp

Awesome Pokémon that's never used... just an altered version of the UU Trick Roomer, Taunt isn't really needed IG.

Spr_4p_437.png
Bag_Occa_Berry_Sprite.png

Metal Militia
Relaxed Nature
EVs: 252 HP/152 SpD/96 Def/4 Atk
Stealth Rock
Iron Head
Explosion
Trick Room

My third TR setter. I set up SR and TR then comence attacking with Iron Head until I'm at low health... then Explode.

Spr_4p_068.png
Bag_Leftovers_Sprite.png

Master of Puppets
Brave Nature
No Guard
EVs: 252 HP/116 Def/140 Atk
DynamicPunch
Bulk Up
Stone Edge
Ice Punch

Pretty much just a standard Bulk Up set except modified to fit TR.

Spr_4d_181.png
Bag_Choice_Specs_Sprite.png

One
Quiet Nature
Static
EVs: 252 SpA/252 HP/4 Def
Thunderbolt
Focus Blast
Signal Beam
HP Water

I can see Camerupt might give me some problems and that's why I put HP Water on him... pretty standard if you ask me.

Spr_4p_409.png
Bag_Choice_Band_Sprite.png

Cyanide
Brave Nature
Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 Atk/252 HP/4 Def
Stone Edge
Earthquake
Fire Punch
Hammer Arm

The main attraction. This thing is pretty beast in a TR team, Hammer Arm's speed drop makes it faster in TR. Stone Edge for STAB and Earthquake for a QuakeEdge combo, Fire Punch is filler.

My first TR team so be gentle.

Sorry about the double post, PSP char limit. I will be editing this later as I just noticed I need another TR setter.

Vaporeon4evr

Cyndakill
Also, Banette would appreciate it if you used the rest of his EVs.

Just as a side note, is there a thread for the BT team in your sig? I don't think I've ever seen that team. At any rate, I'd like to take a look at it.

Light The Stars
^Nope Bannette's EVs are supposed to be like that.

And no there isn't... it's just a modified version of the last one I posted

Nasty Plot
Slack Off/HP {Elec}

I used a set like this for my TR team back in the day
and I actually survived longer with HP>Slack off. Also,
with a NP boost (and your Ev spread) he should be able
to handle most PKMN without taking too much damage.
Just a suggestion though, it's a preference thing.

Spr_4d_354.png
@ Quick Claw? I don't even know.
All Nightmare Long
Brave Nature
Frisk
EVs: 252 Atk
Trick Room
Destiny Bond
Shadow Claw
Will-O-Wisp

Looks fine, but are you just not using the other Ev's?
You can use max HP, HP Ev's go a long way in-game IMO.
If you use HP Ev's you may wanna change the item.

Bag_Occa_Berry_Sprite.png

Metal Militia
Relaxed Nature
Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SpD
Spikes
Stealth Rock
Whirlwind
Roost

This guy's fine, standard.

Spr_4p_068.png
Bag_Leftovers_Sprite.png

Master of Puppets
Brave Nature
No Guard
EVs: 252 HP/116 Def/140 Atk
DynamicPunch
Bulk Up
Stone Edge
Ice Punch

He wants Ice Punch>ThunderPunch, as you have
no other ice attacks on your team. Otherwise good.

One
Quiet Nature
Static
EVs: 252 SpA/252 HP/4 Def
Thunderbolt
Focus Blast
Signal Beam
HP Water

No complaints here, I enjoy Ampharos. ^^,

Spr_4p_409.png
Bag_Choice_Band_Sprite.png

Cyanide
Brave Nature
Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 Atk/252 HP/4 Def
Stone Edge
Earthquake
Fire Punch/Zen Headbutt
Hammer Arm

I posted a team earlier with a Rampy! Zen
Headbutt is an option over Fire Punch, as it
lets you hit the grass/poison duo types for SE
damage. He also benefits from the flinch-hax
and higher base power.

My first TR team so be gentle.

Changes in bold, awesome team dude :3

^Thank you I did take some suggestions...

Can someone point me out to a Pokémon that can use TR and SR and can still block out Ampharos and Rampardos' ground weakness?

Bronzong, Claydol and Uxie all learn Stealth Rock,
Trick Room and are immune to ground. Claydol
would be good in your team to take the electric attacks
aimed at Skarm and Slowking:

Claydol @ Leftovers
Careful Nature
252 HP/176 SpD/80 Def
*Levitate*
~ Stealth Rock
~ Trick Room
~ Earth Power
~ Ice Beam

Claydol looks cool. Although Bronzong is tempting, since I'd like to have one Steel type on my team.

Eon Master

Born from the Flames
The only problem with that is that none of them can learn Roar or Whirlwind. Meh, if you don't really care about forcing switches then it's fine.

Ampy

Light The Stars
I'm not overly worried about forcing switches.

Hypnosis

There you go.

Go with TR over Hypnosis, that way you can still
explode when you run out of PP.

Its a well built and unique TR team. Still i could be better and against the OU snorlax, smeargle, dusknoir spammers i don't if it can match them compleatly...

and i know how you love facing those spammers...

Bronzong can beat most versions of Dusknoir lacking Fire Punch... so I shouldn't be to worried.
