Metang with refresh

I heard if you go to a event you get metang with refresh is this true?

It was offered during a demo of XD and you got a Metang with Refresh after you beat the demo. I don't think it's offered anymore.

it was a japan only event, so yes to japan, no to the US and UK.

I've never heard of a flying Pikachu in the English version.

And about the Metang... I knew I had seen a thread like this somewhere.

i should have said useless in battle...

at least a flying pikachu has SOME value... i dont see a point in refresh metang... -_-
