Actually you can if you beat Reshiram/Zekrom when your party and box is full. Then, after Ghetsis is beaten, go to DragonSpiral Tower and they will be there. While they are in DragonSpiral Tower, they are able to be shiny.

IDK if I want to trade my REALLY rare Sinjoh Ruins shiny Dialga for a shiny Zorua even though I have a shiny Zoroark, so no thx. If you have any other shiny legends though (*cough*Kyurem*cough) I might trade.
