Right, I was just looking on this site and all I can say is OH MY GOD. Unfortunatly you need to download something to watch them but you will be amazed at how fast they do this game.

Here is the site: http://speeddemosarchive.com/MetroidPrime.html

prepare to be amazed, and please comment.

I just looked, and there are 214 other games which have been completed really fast

That isn't the one where they use the glitch in the US version that allows you to jump higher when you quickly whack out a visor is it?

Yes. But there are about 4 for the US games and several for the PAL games, where that glitch is not supposed to be accessable. But if you watch how fast they do it you will be in awe.(sp?)

That is one of my favorite sites! The best speed run is the half-life one in my opinion. Near the end the guy propels upward with a grenade and has 1% health.

There's also Super Smash Bros. Melee stuff on there, so fans should look.

I use it for Megaman speed runs, and the important Donkey Kong Country 2 100% speed run. I did see the Metroid Prime one, and that is what introduced me to speed runs and Speed Demos Archive in general. Without sequence breaking, my personal record for Metroid Prime is 4:23.

I think that that is a great time, I have only completed the game once, and that was something like 11 hours. I am not to good at these games on the first try. And I found the last boss difficult.

I never finished downloading the Ocarina of Time one. It was taking to long. Took about 1 hour to download a quarter.

Also, I have watched the Metroid Zero mission one and that was cool.
