You don't need Bulk Up since you've already got the CB. I suppose you might as well just get Explosion on this guy since he doesn't have the stats to do anything, but even Explosion with CB on Smeargle won't help.

HP Ground looks better here than Mud Shot. Rock Slide also is superior to Rock Tomb, and I think I'd suggest Swords Dance over Knock Off.

Just remember not to use Stat-raising or SAtk. moves with the Choice Band.

The Stat-upping moves are so that if your pokemon uses assist it might happen to use one of them.

Thanks fore reminding of the the game mechanic I mixed up. Anyways, that still is a bit odd to me. Why would a CBing Pokemon need to use Psych Up?
