Sounds like a fake to me.

Anytime you get a 'Beat __ 12 times' cheat it's bound to be fake.

As such, the Celebi cheat is also fake.

about the only one that was real regarding mew/deoxies was the one that told you to get a ticket from an event. the rest were fake and pretty bad fake cheats at that.

Wow, those are certainly some of the worst explained cheats I've ever seen... if they're gonna try to fool people, at least be a little more realistic...the Elite 4 - Mew thing is sooooo old...
They are 100% fake. Fake as hell.

totally fake. the mew thing is obviously a play on the fact that mewtwo is in cerulean cave and is legit. and as far as i know, the only place you can get a legit celebi si from a japanese game.

these supposed cheat sites really suck. the ygive you specific locations of shinies, not knowing it's just by chance. but the absolute worst cheat i've ever seen is:

Spoiler: a "cheat" for getting lvl 100s

train ur pokemon to lvl 98 and give it 2 rare candies to get to lvl 100

that is the cheat, word for word.

mew was given away at the toysrus event a while back and celebi can only be received through the japanese pokemon colosseum bonus disk. anything else is a lie.
