mew is not glitch. You can get it with Old Sea Chart in Japan

No, I think he does mean Mew glitch in R/B/Y. But anyway, Mew is obtained in Emerald by the Old Sea Chart NOT ONLY IN JAPAN but here aswell via Nintendo event.

Mew in R/S/E? the only way to get it legally is through a Nintendo event. However, no event has been announced for it so far. Unless you were in Japan and got the Old Sea Chart.
