Mew in Ranger

Im stuck on Mews special mission in Ranger. I always use an Aridos and I get him down to 2 rings, when he flees to the next part of the jungle. I could use some help please

go get a shednija in the jungle

Where? Ive never seen a shedinja

when you first see mew go over the bridge and take a right. keep goin that way until you get to the temple.
