No, we have no idea. Japan got it via Old Sea Map at the Nintendo Centre in Japan I think. US has just got Celebi, so be patient...

currently there is no way to get mew outside of Japan, but i think they are making wonderspots for it like they did with Navel Rock and Birth Island.
