I'm afraid you can't catch Mew unless you cheat, since the only way to get it without cheating is by downloading the old sea map to gain access to faraway island where Mew is located.

The Old Sea Chart (for Mew) has not been released yet outside of Japan.

Please read the FAQs, that's what they're there for and you can get your question answered immediately instead of making an entire thread and then having to wait for an answer.
