I know Mew is a uber and is considered cheap. But if I'm going to wait in line 2 hours for a pokemon, I might as well get some use out of it.

The only problem is, I'm not sure what moveset or EV training would work. Here's it's stats:

Nature-Docile
Level-10
IV's-
HP:20-30
Attack:0-10
Defense:20-30
Sp. Attack:10-20
Sp. defense:10-20
Speed:0-10

Any ideas?

Crappy IVs and Nature. =[

You could try a SubPuncher since it’s so slow:

Mew @ Leftovers
EVs: 252 HP / 60 Atk / 196 SAtk
- Substitute
- Focus Punch
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt

Even with 0 Attack IV, it can 2KO Blissey.
