First off, wally so you can go turn 2 (turn 1). 4 lysandre when you could just put in 2 more VS seeker and 3 less lysandre for trainers mail, it's such a good utility mechanic really helps get things going super fast. And 4 frozen, stadium wars a valid thing, 3 is not enough to consistently get mew going all the time.
