mewtwo has very high stats ,and what I did is that I tought him:
phsycic
shadowball
icebeam
earthquake
his attack and sp.attack are really high so they could provide those attacks with extra power.defence and sp.defence are high which helps defend him.speed helps take first turns and hp is really high .it will be a super mewtwo like this.

Flamethrower is a decent option on Mewtwo, because Shedinja owns Standard Mewtwo, and Uber fights are the only place you should ever find a Shedinja.
Mewtwo actually has excellent Attack(Base 110), but no one with a functioning brain would forgo its awe-inspiring Base 154 Sp. Attack(the highest in the entire game) for a decent Attack. It's like using a Special Groudon >_>

Next choose if you want calm mind... 99% of the time you will... but if you don't the rest of your moves will be bolt, beam, and psychic...
The next move psychic... if you could sacrifice the stab move put on boltbeam...
The last move T-bolt/Flamethrower/Ice Beam... It depends what you want... T-bolt is skarm death and paralysis, but you die to cosmic power Claydol and CM Celebi... Ice Beam is Celebi and claydol death, but skarmory may (I'm not sure...) take a few shots unless you have a CM or two already... Flamethrower ah the worst probably... Flash Houndoom is totally immune... Celebi and Skarm death... Edit: looks above... uh... yea shedinja... death... o... k...
~*CB*~, there is a plus for using physical... catch off gaurd... Uber battle normally you'd probably switch to a psychic against Mewtwo (Lugia maybe...) then pound with Shadow Ball...

lol dude TB isn't for skarm. Skarm gets owned by Mewtwo even with a few psychics :/ let alone a few calm minded psychics under its belt. Seriously TB isn't for skarm. When was skarm ever in the uber environment anyway? Anyway I say ice beam>Thunderbolt. The special sweeping set will be your best bet, especially in-game :/
