Mewtwo

I only have 3 Master Balls remaining and I don't want to use then on the pokemon in Leaf Green (which includes Mewtwo) so then I can transfer them in my future Pearl to make life easier with the Legendaries.

So what are the TOP 5 prefered natures for Mewtwo?

It depends on which moveset you're gonna use.

1. Timid
2. Modest
3. Jolly
4. Adamant
5. Hasty/Naive

Mostly you want a Special Sweeping Mewtwo. And Physical Mewtwo can also be used as its attack is actually quite high. Or a Mixed Mewtwo, which is probably not as much used.
